I had a subscription error and initially had some trouble getting a refund. However, after explaining my situation, the support team was very understanding. Special thanks to Alexandra, who handled my case with great professionalism and initiated the refund as an exception. Really appreciate the flexibility and Great customer service!
Brittany and her team were extremely helpful. I was mistakenly charged after signing up through a pop-up free trial, and they promptly issued a refund while making sure I had a positive experience.

I was browsing files and downloading some, and when you click into a item to download it, and when I went to click on the download button, I hit the other button that is above the download button, it’s only about an inch from the download button. I suggested to them to move the button for subscription over to the other side of the box it’s in. Like it’s not straight up and down with the download button.
Okay I clumsily clicked on a button an got charged $47. I really hope the team is able to refund me. still waiting on the email. It seems like a lovely service however Im just not ready to spend 47 on it yet.
I trust that they will give me one. The response team is professional and friendly.
I accidentally renewed my annual subscription & I didn’t intend on it. Thought I had cancelled but was charged - I emailed & they gave me a lovely prompt response & sorted my issue immediately. Not had that great a service from a company in a while! Thanks guys :)
The first impression was bad, because my free trial suddenly turned into -120€.. but their customer support was really nice, fast and most importantly helpful!
After the first message I felt that they actually would take care if my problem and they did.
Amazing customer service! I was confused with my subsription as last year I was chared twice, but I though no big deal, I just won't worry about it for two years now, but just recently I was chared again after hiting the X on the pop up. I emailed them about the issue and they where behond amazing in giving me information as to my subsription and they fixing it!
