Absolutely appalling customer service I placed an order on the 01st Jan saying it will be delivered in 3-5days. this is now the 09th Jan and the order is showing unfufilled. I have contacted Creed 3 times now 2 days ago the delivery schedule moved to 3-7 days and today its moved to 3-9 days whats tomorrow going to say 3-14 days. Its an absolute JOKE Ryan in customer service has told me for 3 days now the order is being processed how long does it take to process an order and dispatch it.
Absolutely terrible customer services, having spent £300 on Aventus, direct from Creed, after a very short while the spray/nozzle got stuck & stopped working. I reported it to Creed, they said they would deal with the complaint, after waiting some weeks and writing several emails, some of which received a response, still no action to rectify the fault on their bottle of Aventus. Worst customer service ever and a good reason not to buy their products.
I have purchased a bottle of Centaurus from John Lewis to treat myself. I loved the scent however while using it I found out, the sillage and longevity was absolutely disappointing. It was more like a cologne that would fade very quickly. Certainly not worth the high price they ask for it. Nothing of luxury and quality here. Now when I complained to Creed, I had to wait 10 working days only to follow up with my complain and being told they cannot help. I am being dismissed simply due to the fact it was purchased in John Lewis. When I visited John Lewis to resolve the problem the Creed representative was not there. It’s absolutely terrible customer service. They are nice when they take your money and that’s where it ends. I will NEVER purchase from Creed again. There are other brands like Killian and Amouage that will treat you so much better. Also notice their generic response to all clients complaining. They truly don’t care about any single one of us. UPDATE: in response to Creed: I have contacted John Lewis and visited the store, the Creed representative was not available and when I requested Creed customer service to get the lady in John Lewis to contact me it has been now a few weeks I haven’t heard anything from her. To be honest this is exactly what I expected, to be ignored and dismissed yet again. I was also told since it’s about the quality of the product it has nothing to do with John Lewis. At the end of the day it is the Creed who is cashing the money for their fragrance and it’s their sole responsibility to help and resolve the problem. How naive I was to invest my money in the bottle of nowadays cheap Creed perfume. I will stay FAR away from this brand. Their products are not worth the headache you have to go through.
Couldn’t redeem code then as I was waiting so long for customer support to respond, I missed out on a colour of complimentary gift. The customer support takes so long and is so long winded that you will never get anything resolved and only an email regretting they cannot resolve the problem. I will seek an alternative going forward. Expected more given the premium.
When I saw all the negative reviews for Creed I felt I had to leave a review to give a balanced view. I’ve just received my order from Creed and the fragrance is stunning. The packaging, bottle, and fragrance are all top quality. I contacted customer services with a query and they replied and resolved my issue within 24 hours.
I have been using Creed Aventus for years. I purchased a 500 ml Creed Aventus bottle from the Creed Covent Garden boutique. After arriving in Istanbul, Turkey, I transferred the fragrance to Creed’s original refill bottle and started using it. However, incredibly, the product either seems expired or inauthentic. The scent has no resemblance to Aventus, and its longevity is a maximum of half an hour. The 500 ml bottle also lacks a protective cap. I don’t want to accuse anyone, but either the fragrance has been swapped or it has deteriorated. I paid £845, and customer service has been absolutely unhelpful. Even though I mentioned that I am currently not in London, they insist I bring the bottle back to the store. Do I really have to travel back to the UK just for this?I cannot understand this approach from a supposedly global brand. They are not standing behind a defective product. If I hadn’t known this perfume well, why would I have bought the 500 ml version? I will never use or recommend this brand again. My trust is broken. I will share my experience on every forum and review site I can. I believe a good, global brand should stand behind its customers.
Ordered 2 x Creed in the same order. But only allowed one Signature Box per order. I can't return one as I have had both personalised. I didn't realise this at the time of ordering. Spoke to customer services to order another Signature Box to be told you can't purchase them individually. So now I have a one bottle gift boxed but the other not boxed. Both are Christmas presents. To top it off you have to pay £5.00 per Box. I wasn't looking at having a free box I genuinely wanted to order another Signature box. Now I will have to explain to someone how a multi million company will not allow customers to order the correct quantity of gift boxes per order. From a very dissatisfied customer!
