Empty bottles worth money with no engravement

I ordered a 100ml bottle with engravement onto it advised by the brand ambassador who fully assured me that the bottle WAS refillable. Only finding out 2 years later that the 30/50/75 and 100ml bottles are NOT refillable leaving me with an empty creed bottle, engraved, and stood collecting dust. Rather than being refilled as advised by the brand ambassador. Where the aftershave could be used time and time again in the same bottle along with the engravement memories at the same time. Makes sense where you have something engraved on a glass for instance, when your glass is empty you refill it. I complained about this to creed, there reply was appalling holding the blame on the brand ambassador at the time that said the As a token of appreciation, we would like to offer you a complementary 10ml perfume bottle. I asked to purchase the smallest refillable full bottle but would be great full due to the brand ambassador mistake to engrave the bottle free of charge, due to already having the engravement done on my last one. On looking on the internet I found out that the larger bottles that you have engraved are worth nothing, where as a 500ml bottle that’s empty with no engravement on can be worth upto £150.00. Creed wasn’t at all prepared to refill my engraved 100ml bottle as there answer was it’s not a refillable bottle, where on the internet u can if, being very careful get the metal pump spray off which is known to the brand ambassador so they can refill the bottle which I haven’t even tried. They have refused a refill, to buy the smallest refillable bottle with free engraving only to find out that they no longer engrave falcon bottles but 5-7 days ago did do. Then as a token of appreciation, we would like to offer you a complementary 10ml perfume bottle. Please tell me what I’m going to do with the engraved bottle? Like every other customer, nothing. This needs highlighting to every single customer about the size of the bottles and the engravement. Please don’t end up like me with no aftershave, engraved with no memories and a bottle worth nothing other than collecting dust. Stay away from creed there’s better aftershave out there.

DO NOT BUY FROM CREED

DO NOT BUY FROM CREED – WILL NOT REFUND MONIESCreed will not respond to my emails and will not refund my monies. I Returned the product through Creeds return process, using their Courier service. They did not realize the product was missing until I contacted them 6days later, which is excess of their 72hr process. Their could also be a failure at their warehouse center, who knows. Courier Service Not up to standard. Returned the product in the box it came in, the Courier did not secure the box in a sealed bag. (evidence provide through photographs & Video) and therefore anything could have occurred from the point it left my property to when I contacted them 6days later. How can I be held liable Apparently a thorough investigation was under taken in less than 24hrs with a 3rd party supplier, which is hard to believe. And now they are refusing to refund my monies or respond to my emails. Even though I complied with all their requests. DO not buy from them.

You Get What You Pay For!

Those who have had bad experience with Creed fragrances may not be aware of how different batches vary because of the natural ingredients they use. When you use natural ingredients, of course they are not going to last as long as synthetics. Creed uses natural products and their fragrances are absolutely stunning. They are elegant, sophisticated, quality scents that are always imitated and never duplicated. Why do you think so many companies try to clone their scents? You get what you pay for and all my bottles of Creed are fantastic. If you are looking to purchase a Creed fragrance, save up and do not get a clone. If you are having trouble trying to decide which fragrance to buy, start with Green Irish Tweed, Royal Oud, Aventus Absolu and of course the GOAT....Aventus! You will not be disappointed.

Shocking experience to say the least

Shocking experience to say the least. First off I ordered a bottle of £300 fragrance on next day delivery for £306.50, passed through all my bank checks then after the cut off for next day delivery the cancelled my order. I replaced the order and complained as I paid next day and they managed to get this out on next day delivery as an apology. This is where the fun begins. The delivery courier delivered it to the wrong address even though I was home ( I live at 92 they said it’s at 94) and I knocked on 94 and they wasn’t even home literally 30 seconds after delivery. I tried the other neighbour and they didn’t have it either. The photo of delivery was literally a door and some of the ground so no proof where or anything. Looking at the photo it’s got a white door with black ground, so I went to number 94 to cross reference and it has block paving at the door so literally not even where they said it is.I reported to creed and signed a form saying I wasn’t lying and everything, then they ignore 6 of my emails for 4 days in a row. They come back to me today and said ‘we asked DPD they have investigated and it was delivered correctly’ even though I live at 92, they said it’s at 94 and it doesn’t even match the photo… Would not recommend buying through creed at all after this as the fragrance isn’t cheap and they do nothing to help you. Also you can’t get though on the phones, the lines always engaged so you have to email and hope your worthy of a fast response otherwise it takes days to resolve.

No Sale..!

After reading most of the reviews, I won't be buying from Creed. Too many people trying this product can't be wrong.At this stage I'll stick to the Guerlain fragrances.

Worth the money if you can afford it

Visited the shop in Covent Garden a few days ago. The lady that helped me was very friendly. I could have probably made it a bit more of an “experience” for myself and tried more fragrances, but I knew what I was going in for, and didn’t want to distract myself and risk spending even more!As for longevity, I could smell Aventus on myself all day after applying in the morning. I was concerned as my sample really didn’t do anything for me, but I was trying to spare some so I could use it multiple times.

Save your money and don’t bother

Just received a 100ml bottle of Creed Aventis today, will never buy this or any other creed product again, reading some of the replies saying as it’s oils the fragrance can change from crop to crop, not that much it doesn’t smell anything like my last bottle from 7-8 yrs ago and lasts less than an hour and I can’t even smell it on my top, save your money high end prices for bottom of the pile rubbish

"CREED is number ONE"

With the help of this precious lady "SHAHRNAZ" we learned the history of the CREED House, she took us in this beautiful story and we came back every time. Sometimes we just tried the new releases but every time we wanted to buy our soul perfumes. I met the other special lady "LISA" later, but she is just as kind, sociable and always well prepared to present us with your offer. We return with great love every time to this JOHN LEWIS BLUEWATER location to purchase our favorite perfumes or to give a gift to a loved one ! We are of a different nationality, but we have never been pushed aside or treated in an inappropriate way by these two ladies who represent you. We love CREED, we love these two special ladies SHAHRNAZ & LISA from JOHN LEWIS BLUEWATER. Great service from "SHAHRNAZ & LISA" at John Lewis Bluewater. Great fragrances. I have always received excellent service to support these quality products.  I am happy to maintain my loyalty to Creed. Very good and reliable company. I will be back for sure. "CREED is number ONE".I was very impressed with this two lady "SHAHRNAZ & LISA" who served me in the John Lewis store. They had great knowledge, excellent customer service skills and very polite. Bought a bottle of Queen of Silk…

Bought a bottle of Queen of Silk perfume costing £135. What a waste of money. Doesn't smell like anything special in fact it reminded me of an Avon perfume called Splendoria which I didn't like either. That's the last to I buy perfume going by advertising blurb. In future I will smell a perfume before I fork out money.
