I bought a sample pack of Aventus for Her hoping that the female version would smell something like the male version. From the samples, I then purchased Aventus for Her. However when I received it and sprayed it, I was told it smells like incense. They are right. After the initial squirt which dies off very quickly you are left with this horrible aroma of incense and it's quite prominent. I was extremely disappointed especially as it's so expensive and would not recommend buying the female versions of Creed. I have two of them now and none of them smell very nice.
Victoria and the Covent Garden location was incredibly helpful. I was buying a birthday gift for my sons girlfriend. Every perfume bottle was personally engraved with her name. Even the atomizer and birthday ribbons were personalized. What am outstanding customer service experience. Thank you Victoria at Creed Covent Garden
I read the reviews and was unsure if I should risk purchasing. But i eventually did and bought a candle off their website. The 10% promo code people complained about actually worked for me and they sent it to me when I registered online a year ago. To my surprise the 10% voucher was still valid to this day. I bought on the 07th of April and received the Candle 2 days later today on the 9th of April ( package was sent from London and I live in Germany)The automated system provided me with many E-Mails about my order, when they expect to ship, day of shipment and estimated time of arrival. So the communication was quite good 👍🏼I can‘t say anything about the costumer service because there were no complaints on my side where I had to contact costumer service or write any e-mails.
I have a creed fan for more than 15 yes and It used to be one of the best lasting performances perfume but since 2018 its has changed and it’s completely different ,the new patch reminds you of the smell for few minutes but won’t last more than half and hour .
Fantastic Experience – Despite Some Negative Reviews!I was hesitant to order at first after seeing some negative reviews, but I’m so glad I went ahead! My experience with Creed has been nothing but exceptional. The fragrance I purchased is absolutely luxurious—rich, long-lasting, and it truly stands out from other perfumes I’ve tried. On top of that, the customer service was excellent. I had a question about my order, and they responded quickly and professionally, resolving everything smoothly. Given some of the reviews I saw, I was pleasantly surprised by how efficient and helpful they were. I think they are trying to go back on right track after all this negatives...Keep it up like that Creed!!!I wanted to share my positive experience because I believe Creed truly delivers on quality and service. What changed??? I recently went to purchase another bottle of my go to date night with wife and special outings sent Virgin Island Water. The wife originally purchased it for me and absolutely drove her (as well as others) absolutely crazy! I would always get compliments as well I could still notice the fragrance on me the next day, it was a unique and spectacular fragrance , what happened!?!?!? I go to purchase another bottle in store and shocked by the price increase but more disappointing was the sent, it’s absolutely not the same fragrance at all! After a test spritz in store and after a min the wife took my arm to smell and the look on her face was of bewilderment. She looked at the bottle to make sure and said it’s not the same! I didn’t believe her, took a wif myself and sure enough I didn’t even recognize it! The sales clerk couldn’t answer why or if it changed but to wait a bit and see if the fragrance changes. Waited an hour or so and it turned into some generic nondescript scent. I would say by hour 4-5 you couldn’t even tell what was applied. Very disappointing to say the least loosing such a unique and special thing.
Do not buy more than one sample wallet. They rip you off. Bought a male and female sample wallet as Christmas presents, knowing EACH wallet had a £75 voucher to redeem against a full bottle. They will only honour 1 voucher, because it’s ’their policy’. I will not buy from them again.
Unreliable - poor customer serviceas others have posted. Placed order on 31st December, for a 4-7 day delivery. Chased on working day 4 to be told it would be despatched and delivered within leadtime.No delivery received by Day 7, phoned 5 times - on hold for 5 mins and then told to call back and cut off. When finally got through, told "unexpected delay" they can't tell me when it will be despatched. Won't discuss nature of the "unexpected delay"Finally offered option to cancel order but have to wait a week for money to be refunded.Notably, they are still taking orders and quoting 3-5 day delivery!!!!
Awful awful customer experience, went to the regent street Creed boutique and it was awful show of customer serice from the beginning.Went in and no one batted an eye, and if they did they looked at us like we were about to steal. Then when tried to test some fragrances the sales person informs very rudely that they have water inside of them (witch is ironical because creed fragrances have been watered down for years). What perfume shop has bottles full of water the first thing you walk in? Never had that experience, never. And then literally had to ask for permission to spray on the strip. And even then the very rude door man butted in and told not to spray the perfume for some reason. And no need to say anymore we left swiftly after that. Would give 0/5 stars if I could. Awful, snd not to talk about how money hungry these sales people are, its astonishing. And the quality of these perfumes has gone down every year, disgraceful!
