After what started out as a mixed experience of ordering direct from Creed, the subsequent customer service follow up from Mary-Lisa has been nothing short of superb and fully restored my faith in this premium perfume house. I originally purchased Aventus but noticed that there might have been an issue with the batch, I returned the item, which underwent testing and it was confirmed that there was an issue with my order. Mary-Lisa then reached out directly with empathy and sincerity, which is absolutely what should happen from such a super premium brand, and this completely turned around my experience, thank you.
Be careful with CREED 30 pound sample sets.I purchased one and the three did not smell of the advertised products. In fact the poor fragrances didn't last for more than 10 minutes. I wrote to their customer services who admitted that sometimes this happens but they do not issue refunds ON SAMPLES but these weren't free samples so 30 pounds down the drain.BEWARE!
Extremely disappointing. After reading so much about how awesome Creed Aventis and other Creed perfumes are, I ordered a 5-bottle sample set from Creed themselves. I was excited to try them out, but my excitement disappeared faster than the smell of the cologne itself. Aventis smelled like it was a stale, old perfume, and I could barely smell it myself let alone get complementary comments from others. I tried the others, and none of them smell classy, or elegant, and the perfume is barely noticeable. With other perfumes like Swiss Arabian Oud, or Dior Savage, I can still smell them at the end of the day, and even the next day on my t-shirt. But Creed? Nothing. The very high price point is just a marketing gimmic. Avoid.
