For such a prestigious, premium brand, I expected so much more of their terms and customer "service".For context, we have been very brand loyal, and over the years have introduced members of the family to Creed.Every Christmas, my husband and I are very generously gifted a bottle of Creed fragrance each, which to date we have both been delighted with.Sadly this year I received Wind Flowers which is a fragrance I do not like.As it was purchased in October, Creed are refusing to swap it for a fragrance that I would enjoy wearing. The product is still sealed, in it's original packaging/gift box and we have the receipt available (all of which has been conveyed to Customer Service).Creed are refusing to swap the product and as such, punishing customers who purchase in advance for Christmas; there is NO GOOD WILL.My father-in-law has offered to buy me a replacement bottle of Creed, however I do not want any more Creed bought, given this disappointing experience which could so easily (and with no cost implication to Creed) have been rectified.For the sake of not swapping a bottle of fragrance Creed has cost themselves much custom.
After not using creed for 3 years due to very poor quality, I decided to give them another try. Once again, I was very disappointed. Fragrance is poor, lasts a maximum of 2 hours. Just not worth the price tag. There are so many great colognes out there. Creed are getting left behind by brands that shouldn't even be competition.

I paid £330 for a bottle of creed and next day delivery. This was ordered before the cut off for next day delivery but there was no delivery next day and not even a dispatch confirmation email. Now, I have tried to email creed customer service and my emails just bounce back as undelivered as the address on their website does not work. If you have to buy Creed, buy in a store. I would recommend against buying on their website direct.
Very disappointing experience with Creed Fragrances UK. My order was not delivered on time, despite paying for next day delivery. To make matters worse, the replacement order also failed to arrive within the promised timeframe.Only part of my original order was delivered. When I contacted customer service to report this, I was told the missing item was not in stock. I was never informed of this beforehand, nor did I receive any email or notification explaining the issue. This lack of communication completely ruined what was meant to be a Christmas gift.The situation could have been handled far better with basic transparency and accountability, but instead it was left to me to chase and deal with the fallout. Very sad and frustrating experience from a brand like Creed. I will be sharing this experience on social media as well.
I’ve been using Aventus for a while now and I am sorely disappointed with my latest purchases. I ran out of the Aventus Cologne and Aventus original recently so bought new bottles at a cost of £600 for both. The quality is so poor now. There’s little projection, my Aventus original smells strongly of alcohol and the Aventus Cologne only lasts a few short hours whereas previously it would last all day. I still had some of the old bottle left so I was able to smell the difference and it was starkly different. It’s an absolute waste of money now.
