I bought a bottle of there aventus on Thursday and paid extra for next day delivery because I needed it delivered for the weekend as it was for a special occasion. it was ordered well before the cut off time for the order to be delivered Friday.i then had a email from DPD which is there delivery partner and they were saying Monday delivery. I got in contact with creed customer services who told me they would look into this being a later delivery than was promised and they were going to get in contact with DPD to re schedule the delivery to make sure I received the delivery Saturday but still never received it until Monday!!. The customer services advisor told me she was going to take this to her managers to get it prioritised as urgent but nothing seems to have been done about it.I asked to be kept in the loop and for them to contact me to confirm everything she said would be done actually was happening but never heard anything back, just feel I was fobbed off!!.The package was sat in the local DPD delivery warehouse from Friday to it going out for delivery Monday morning.Just want to say if its a urgent delivery your needing then don't rely on creed to make this happen as you will only be disappointed with the service. Not a good service for such a expensive item from what is supposed to be a premium company, I'm a first time buyer and on the back of all this hassle and disappointment and upset I doubt I will be back for a second purchase.
Unfortunately my Creed leather wrapped diffuser vial was damaged and I needed a replacement. Despite the product having been discontinued, I reached out via LinkedIn and the Creed team sourced a replacement. Very grateful I can continue to use such a beautiful product.

Creed use to be good in every aspect, however I recently ordered a perfume £265.00 and paid extra for next day delivery? All done well before the 1pm cut off time, perfume was for a special occasion ? Now ruined as no delivery came. Please don’t waste your money on next day delivery as it’s a gamble on whether it arrives or not. Very disappointed and probably will never use creed online again .
I absolutely love Creed fragrances — the scents are incredible and truly unique. Every product I’ve tried smells amazing and lasts beautifully throughout the day. Their customer service team was also fantastic — super helpful and quick to provide a solution when I needed assistance. Overall, my experience with Creed has been excellent, and I’d highly recommend their products to anyone who appreciates high-quality, luxurious fragrances.
I bought a bottle of Creed Aventus from a John Lewis store which is provided by Creed Fragrances UK but John Lewis refuse to help. - It smells nothing like it use to or is suppose to. Creeds response is there nothing they can do. This was my first purchase of my own bottle of aventus and will be my last. Paying a premium of £300+ and the service is like this? I hoped for better
