Overall good but took our money for nothing

Like: Customer service was great, ease of creating a reservation.Dislike: Canceled the reservation before 6 months and still charged the $300 dollars. I don't think that is a way to attract clients.

inflated prices

I called maybe 2 weeks ago and got a quote on the phone as to how much it would cost for July which was the high peak season and when I went to book it for April the price was $200 more. So I'm not sure how that happened. But it's not a good look that you inflate the price when people actually book.

We encountered a potentially…

We encountered a potentially life-threatening incident with an RV rented from Cruise America.During the trip, our vehicle lost the rear axle / driveshaft, which led to an abrupt and dangerous situation. As a result, my wife continues to require medical treatment and ongoing physiotherapy.In addition, the RV had multiple technical failures: the generator, heating system, and battery were inoperative.Over a period of 12 days, we were provided with three different replacement vehicles, each with increasingly serious mechanical issues rather than improvements.This experience raises serious concerns regarding vehicle safety, maintenance standards, and quality control.

For the first 2 Times, I was not able to process the reservation with the agent on Line. When I finally got the chance to chat with another agent called Collin, everything went very well.it was easy and Quick to get answers from him.

You should have told me when I booked…

You should have told me when I booked the RV that it was winterized and had no water or toilet. You did not tell me this until the day before I was to pick it up. Why would anyone want an RV without water and toilet? And you only offered a gift certificate for future use instead of a refund of my deposit. I'm very disappointed.

Cruise America is a scam. Don't rent from them.

They will keep your deposit of $300 if you cancel a one-way rental; and can't even a good reason to why. We were 6 months out from our reservation; and they're keeping our money! This should be illegal. I'm so sick of big companies screwing people. We cancelled because there are no campgrounds with hookups available at Yellowstone.
