They will keep your deposit of $300 if you cancel a one-way rental; and can't even a good reason to why. We were 6 months out from our reservation; and they're keeping our money! This should be illegal. I'm so sick of big companies screwing people. We cancelled because there are no campgrounds with hookups available at Yellowstone.
What a wonderful experience I just had with Christian based out of the Arizona office! I called just to check on possibilities of a travel trailer verses a Class C in Florida. He was such a JOY! Also, very responsive and professional. He suggested several opportunities for me and was so patient as we worked through every option. I was just delighted with Christian and had such a great experience! 5 STARS!!!
Got excited when I seen a a mobile home for rent for £1500 for a week! Great. Then you get into the craziness of American add in fees.If you want to drive the home anywhere of substance, add on £1000. Do you want to be insured for the basic things? £1000. Do you want any of the kitchen or bed supplies? £hundreds. It baffles me that a company that practices such shoddy add on fees has a green rating. Maybe Americans just don’t know how much they are being ripped off.
