Product arrived damaged

Product arrived damaged. Attempted to use it but it gets more damaged each time I insert my chip. Cucu refuses to make it write as they claim they have no policy for exchanges on faulty product. Would not reccomend

I NEVER RECEIVED MY PACKAGE!!!

I ORDERED DECEMBER 27TH, & I NEVER RECEIVED MY PACKAGE!!! I REACHED OUT FOR HELP, TO RESOLVE THE ISSUE, & ALWAYS JUST GOT AUTOMATED RESPONSE'S, SAYING SOMETHING ALONG THE LINE'S THAT "SOMETIMES IT TAKES SOME TIME TO RECIEVE YOUR PACKAGE", BUT THIS IS RIDICULOUS!!!"

Never received item - customer service is a joke

Paid $2 extra for shipping protection only to be told “we don’t control the post office” when my order still hadn’t arrived more than a month later. Support ignores about half my messages, the rest are just stupid blame deflection or “we’ll look into it” then radio silence. The fact the item never came in more than 3x the longest shipping estimate date is one thing, the abysmal support experience is another, but the non-optional “shipping protection” fee to still be given non-answers when not being ignored entirely? It’s so scammy.

Customer service will gaslight and ghost you

Use a credit card to pay.The covers were sent defective, and when I asked for a replacement and provided pictures, customer service gaslighted me and said that it was meant to fit that way (with visible gaps and an obvious hanging ledge. Part of the microchip was also obstructed).When I asked again to please send me a new one, they ghosted me.I'm just in so much disbelief. I mean it's a sticker that ships in an envelope.What would it have cost them to send me a new one?

Two months later, still no covers

It's been over two months and my order never arrived. Everytime I ask about it, I'm given different excuses. I'm just annoyed at this point and asked for a refund, since they'll never come, and I was denied and told to wait. So, be wary. I purchased the 19th of December, it is now the 3rd of March.
