Review in relation to Deliveroo! Food never delivered. Absolutely awful. System says that food delivered but never arrived. Customer offered nothing in consolation for the awful service but either a full refund of of the food and no food. Or they will place a new order for delivery. No compensation offered for the awful service that will be taking an hour and a half to be delivered and that is the brighter side of things! Disgusting service. You don't care about your customers. And this is not the first time this has happened!
saw a Good deal, placed order but company could not honour the deal, requested cancellation /amendment but Mohammed of Deliveroo said no, without deal price incurred was higher than if they had just removed specific items, which I asked for.So overcharged, MO was not helpful dawdled/ wasted time so the order had left the business and therefore respond with "Computer said No". Do not recommend
have ordered food from here from mulitpal places and every time food stone cold they give you a 0.48p refund on a 16 pound order ovoid at all costs they are rude on the chat and just repeat the same answer over and over they
I’m very disappointed with the order.Both the pica and the soup are missing, and one item was cancelled. This has left me with basically no breakfast and no lunch. The experience has been extremely frustrating, and at this point I’m not sure I’ll order from Morrisons again.
I placed an order for some lunch with Deliveroo over a week ago in good faith. They collected £17 from my bank account - I never received the order. Despite my complaints and writing to them, they do not respond. THEY ARE A DISGRACE AND SHOULD NOT BE ALLOWED TO GET AWAY WITH THIS, CERTAINLY NOT ADVERTISING ON THE TV. I am a very patient, easy-going bloke SO IF NOTHING ELSE GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK!!
I ordered Wagamama but ended up getting complete wrong order. The delivery guy had 2 orders mine and someone else(from just eat) and he ended up giving me someone else's order. Plus the guy was rude only cus he had to wait for me a minute.When I filed a complaint to get my refund cus it aint my fault I was refused. Such a bad service and bad employee . Neither ate food nor got any money back.
