They stolen my parcel

A week ago, my parcel from Germany was scanned in Madrid. They provided an extra live tracking link, but the tracking has never been updated since then. Now it looks like my parcel may have been lost or stolen!! No response from their managers! no response from customer service !! no parcel and no tracking!! Scandal!

Since I moved to Spain a few years back I NEVER got a parcel delivered at home, not once, they have not tried once to deliver. I always got the message that I wasn't home.

DHL should refund €27.56 as I had to collect from them

DHL claim we were 'not in' or the 'address was wrong' when they tried to deliver. I then had to drive 110km to/from the nearest DHL depot to collect the item. Based on Spanish fuel costs, tolls and vehicle use (as calculated by DGT) I have claimed a refund of €27.56

Although my item arrived early

Although my item arrived early, the delivery driver was rude and dropped my item ( a compact tumble dryer) through my doorway. When I asked him to be careful his reply was " it was heavy so I dropped it" 🤯

A big lie

A big lie. I payed 80£ to deliver from uk to Spain and it will arrive in one week,but when i maid the order, was saying 1-2 days. I will never use it again.

Worst delivery company to ever exist

This is the worst delivery company I've ever dealt with. My package was supposed to be delivered last week, and DHL kept claiming the delivery failed due to an "unknown address" even though the address is correct, clear, and well known, which they themselves confirmed.After contacting them numerous times, for several days now, the delivery has been endlessly delayed with the same message: "delivery agreed with recipient on X date", even though no such agreement was made. Nothing changes, and the package never arrives.This has been an incredibly frustrating experience. I honestly don't understand why companies continue to use DHL when they seem to consistently receive 1-star reviews. I would avoid DHL as much as possible and I honestly hope I won't ever have to receive a package with them (as I'll never receive it anyway).

DHL Spain parcel HELL

On December 10, 2024, I sent a parcel from the Netherlands to myself in Spain.After 50 days, the parcel has still not been delivered.For the past 30 days, I have been trying to find out where it is, without receiving any clear answers.I have been on the phone more than 10 times, with no result whatsoever.Today, at 11:00 a.m., Nathalie disconnected the call in the middle of the conversation, stating: “I am not going to help you.”This service is COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE.

Horrible experience every single time

Every time my order has DHL as the carrier, it ALWAYS goes wrong!! How is that even possible… it has come to a point where I have to ask the seller not to use DHL. There’s always something up. Held in customs for two whole months, stuck in transit, giving up on the delivery just because I wasn’t home ONCE. Not to mention they’re always LATE!! I’ve never seen such bs in my life how is that even possible??
