I live in Sotogrande, Cadiz. DHL do not deliver me second parcel during 1 month. It was stolen again.According to DHL tracking system parcel was marked as delivered on 22 October 2025 at 16:36. However, I was at home at that time, and the parcel was not delivered.It was second time delivered to another person, the same signature.Anybody knows how to deal with DHL?
Extremely disappointing experience with DHL — and not just once, but twice in the same month. Both shipments were marked as “delivery attempted – recipient not at home” even though no one ever came. Instead, the parcels were left at pickup points far from my address, despite being paid for home delivery.I find this completely unacceptable, especially for customers who may have mobility issues and cannot easily travel to collect packages.When I contacted DHL, the response was purely standard and dismissive, offering no real help or accountability.Until now, I had always had positive experiences with DHL in other countries. However, this experience in Spain has been absolutely disgraceful. The level of customer service here is unacceptable — a true embarrassment for such a reputable German company. From now on, if I see that a shipment is handled by DHL, I will simply avoid ordering.
Its the import people that are the real problem. we have been dealing with them a few years and always its the back office that gives problems. We should have postponed VAT on our imports but this time we were charged £823 on an import of £363 and there should be no VAT at all. The response from DHL is "not my problem guv" its your problem as we cant correct our mistakes. Only problem is there is very little other choices at the moment to use.
As everybody else unfortunatelly.DHL never deliver on the agreed date, and they are notoriously in giving packages a fake "Not home"-scan to avoid driving to your address. Their drivers in Sevilla are completely useless, by definition.Every single time, DHL is like clockwork, but not in the good way.
After my package reached Murcia DHL on October 14 2025 we have sent 8 emails with no response 16 days later nothing calling is pointless as it is automated I have never in my life seen such disregard for customers it is shameful ! All we want is our package! We will never use DHL again and everyone should find other couriers who actually care!
They are taking package hostage and not updating the delivery, send an email that they are supposed to deliver today, yet no updates, package hasn't arrived at "local warehouse".They don't answer emails, they hang up calls on costumers.Update: after spamming the contact number before 8 AM I managed to be answered... let's hope for the best now?!
DHL is one of the most dishonest companies there is. They ALWAYS say they tried to deliver when, in fact, they take packages direct to one of the Service Points. In the latest instance of this, they say they took it to the nearest Service Point, when in fact, they took the parcel to one many km away - when there is a DHL Service Point in my village!! So not only could they not be bothered to deliver to my address, they did not even come to my village! Yet they say they tried to deliver and when I call their customer service they say there is nothing they can do. PATHETIC - DISHONEST - UNPROFESSIONALUPDATE: the customer service said they had opened a ticket for my complaint, and they gave me a ticket number - never heard anything from them after that of course. It really demonstrates how dysfunctional and dishonest they are, right up to the level where they are dealing with customer complaints - they couldn't care less!
I give DHL Spain 1 because 0 is impossible. My package was supposed to arrive on Friday but the truck was overweight so wasn't possible to load it, Monday not sure what their excuse was, yesterday 3 people at DHL informed me that 100% for sure it would arrive and it didn't. Someone was at home all day yesterday, what a waste of a day. Today I spoke to DHL again and the person I spoke to promised me that today, the package will arrive 100% for sure. Still sitting here waiting. 😡😡😤😠🤬😈I will do everything I can to avoid DHL in the future.
Wow! Just read the reviews and unfortunately my experience is exactly the same. Absolutely bloody hopeless. Deliveries seem to be left with a third party who couldn’t give a toss. Lied about delivery hub not being open, another courier couldn’t even find their own delivery hub and the last attempt is showing delivered and it’s not. The lady in the collection point knows me now and I’m fed up of walking in there and she nods her head more or less to say no. A week overdue now and there’s a very expensive watch languishing in the back of some wasters van.
