Vendors and Senders - STOP USING DHL.ES

Did not even try to deliver to my home address. Send conflicting information about status of delivery. Is it still in their system? Is it at some mystery collection point, not the one nearest me, that a parcel by the same sender was sent to last week? It's not there, so your guess is as good as mine. Maybe if I could chat with an actual human and not a bot that WILL ONLY CHAT IN GERMAN, we could get to the bottom of it, but no, that's not how DHL roll. A disgrace of a company, totally unfit for purpose.

I have been at home all day waiting for…

I have been at home all day waiting for a delivery by DHL. They are now saying that they attempted delivery and I quote"Unfortunately, DHL couldn't complete your delivery and is holding it for you to pick up. We're very sorry for the inconvenience"This is a total lie, they made no attempt at a delivery. Truly shocking company.

Worst delivery company I used

Worst delivery company I used, their couriers never ring the doorbell and they say that I’m not home to receive my package when I spend the whole day at home specifically for this purpose. And then I have to wait an extra day or even more for them to deliver the package to a pick up location.

16 giorni per consegnare da Valencia a Valencia. Alla fine mia figlia ha respinto il pacco, ovviamente! Una vergogna definirsi "corrieri". Non esiste un numero da chiamare (quelli che si trovano in giro hanno un messaggio automatico che dice di guardare nel loro sito), non c'è modo di comunicare. Mi figlia non ha sentito il telefono la prima volta e quindi è scattata la vendetta. If I could place minus 5 stars

If I could place minus 5 stars, I'd did. The parcel is lying in a hub for weeks, status is "delayed", nobody answers the emails, only the autoresponses incoming, the ai-chatbot on a website is stupid as hell.

DHL has to be by far the one company…

DHL has to be by far the one company with Highest collection "NOT THINKERS WORKERS" on their staff. I have never deal with people so unmotivated to THINK, COMMUNICATE or RESOLVE shipping issues. Instead they choose to TWIST, Make it DIFFICULT with missinformation and LIES! ANYOne with a thinking actitud willing to resolved an issue knows.... IF the delivery address is INCOMPLETE, what does any human does? CALLs the number shown on the order RIGHT? or contact the shipper BuT NOT DHL, because they sub contract mediocre workers that CHOOSE NOT TO THINK. When that is is what you deliver leaving NO ROOM for IMPROVEMENT but just collecting MORE of the same MEDIOCRE NONTHINKER group of workers... well SHIT is what you get. I am no surprise to see 1 star, they honestly DON't DESERVE 1. BUT ZERO stars....

DHL literally stole from me

DHL literally stole from me, and they won't do anything about it.They delivered my stuff to someone, who knows who, and marked it as delivered. I told them what happened, and they said to wait, and that they CAN'T CONTACT THE DRIVER. I kid you not, they told me they don't have the contact of the local carrier. Cool, but who does then? It's your job to be able and check who's saying something is delivered. After many attempts to get ahold of a human, i gave up. They just stole my stuff and i can't do anything besides legal actions.

Salamanca DHL delivery is pathetic. Lied about delivery attempt (claiming I was not present at home)

Salamanca, Spain DHL delivery is pathetic. Lied about delivery attempt (claiming I was not present at home) and had to drive 20 km to pick up the package. This is the second time they did this. Not mentioning my numerous phone calls (each time waiting more than 30 mins😤 to talk to someone and a waist of time). Also to make the matter more frustrating, I am a person with mobility problem.
