I usually just buy parts and assemble…

I usually just buy parts and assemble my own PC but decided to go with a pre built. Worst decision I have made. Had to send system back after 1 week due to power supply issues. Then once I got back the PC freezes up all the time at random times. I dont even want to take the time or effort to send it back in again...terrible.

Lasted two months for a 5000$ PC

Lasted two months before literally exploding, technical support has provided no help beyond taking back parts that I had to pay shipping for, refused to send back my parts, and request I spend another 500$ dollars just to send the entire PC back. Do not purchase an Aventum X, it's a complete scam.

DO NOT buy anything from this company!!

I've had nothing but issues over the last year with this company. Spent 7K on a Desktop, they sent it to me with a remote that was dead on arrival, a chassis fan that started rattling after 30-days, a motherboard that fried the CPU (they later finally upgraded the cpu after I sent the whole system back), then returned to me the system to me with BURNT-OUT LED RAM. Now, on top of all of this, the MB won't register the RAM and they recommend I take it to a local shop. DEFINITELY a waste of money!! BUYER BEWARE!!

Great service!

Order one. You won't be disappointed.Quality and customer support. This purchase will be my 3rd DS computer. My last one I've had for over 10 years and it was still playing everything that I downloaded. I had an issue in the first year and had to send it back to DS. The mother board was fried and the company discontinued the mother board that I purchased, so DS said that they would upgrade it to a military grade motherboard at no cost. That computer was a beast. So, I will always buy Digital Storm.

This company has no idea what they're…

This company has no idea what they're doing. Not only did it initially come with multiple leaks so I had to send it back right away (and they did not reimburse the full extent of shipping), but then it came back and had a broken water pump. Instantly had to send it back again. The next problem was the most annoying solely because it highlighted how little expertise this company had in performing the work they're paid for. The 3rd problem here is that it would shut off instantly under any meaningful workload. This should obviously never happen and the PSU was already a little beyond what was necessary. They not only never found this issue on their end (which they would have if they knew what an actual stress test looked like), but their support is absolutely worthless. They use awful components (not referring to the ones you self-select), their builds put in half-ass work, and their customer support reps try to dodge any accountability no matter how much information you give them. They have no idea how to debug a problem like this, often scouring lists of programs and pointing out any software they've never seen before in their life or pointing out inconsequential Event Viewer logs and yet again their stress tests are worthless. They use simple benchmarks that do not actually push a system to the fullest extent. For example, when I had a problem they ran 3-4 benchmarks using various benchmark programs that never triggered a system crash even on the highest benchmark tests. After booting up a game, the system shut off less than 5 minutes later.I knew for a fact that the issue was going to be the PSU and that their internal build team who they consulted for this issue, did not recognize the problem nor did their support offer a replacement or upgrade in place of this.Just an absolutely awful company really. Stay far away.

PC works great, no damaged parts. (Digital Storm Review)

PC came in perfect condition, no damaged parts and set up was made easy with the provided instruction booklet in the box. DO NOT throw away box after receiving it! Keep it incase of repairs or travel (like moving). I ordered the Lynx PC from Digital Storm, level 4. Crushes everything I throw at it.Most complaints you'll see about Digital Storm are either components being damaged during the shipping process, or long wait times. I believe I waited around 3 weeks for my PC to arrive, and the inside was kept in this expanding packaging foam bags so nothing was able to knocked around during shipping.Only thing I'd recommend is that if you have the option, select the 32gb of RAM instead of the 16gb. You'll thank yourself in the long run.===================================SPEC SHEETCPU: Intel Core i7-12700FCPU COOLER: Cooler Master Hyper 212 Spectrum V3MoBo: MSI PRO B760-P WIFIRAM: Patriot Viper Steel 16 GB (2 x 8 GB)GPU: PNY VERTO OC GeForce RTX 4070 SUPER 12 GBStorage: MSI SPATIUM M450 1 TBPSU: Custom Digital Storm 750W 80+ Gold Power SupplyCase: Digital Storm Lynx ATX Mid-Tower CaseCase Fans: ×4 CoolerMaster Halo 120mm Fans (3 on front panel, 1 exhaust)OS: Windows 11 Home

Heed My Warning

Well, I was looking forward to finally getting a Digital Storm PC for my company. I have already written so many emails explaining the issue I had with what they delivered. I originally spent $8,400 for an awesome water-cooled PC. 6 days later then informed that they could not perform water-cooled on the new graphics cards due to the size. Ok, I can understand that, so why give the option on your website? After a few phone calls they gave me a standard cooling system and it had a total cost of $7,100.When finally receiving the PC there were missing parts, non-working RGB systems, and plug that came loose due to shipping they said. Originally when I first called they put me in touch with a service tech that wanted me to start taking parts off and unplugging computer components. Which I didn't feel comfortable taking parts off my brand-new $7,100 workstation. Again, I know nothing about building PC's.After calling and emailing several times, I was finally put in contact with Mr. John Sweger who apparently was a Sr. Customer Service Manager. They let me buy parts that did not work with the other parts I ordered. It just so happens that I know nothing about building PCs hence reaching out to the so-called professionals. He even explained to me that the tech who built my computer was confused but instead of reaching out to me to explain they went ahead and built it anyway. After some back and forth, it turns out the Cool Master fans will not work with the Corsair Commander and I would not be able to manage the RGB in the ICUE software. I asked why you sold me a part that had no use and told me on the website that I would be able to control the RGB through ICUE. After all the troubleshooting I finally was like fine, I will send it back so that they can put the correct components so it will work the way it was supposed too. Told him I would even pay for the parts but was not going to pay again for them to build it correctly. So in his email response, he states that Digital Storm accepts no responsibility and that it is my fault. At that point I decide I just wanted a refund. I originally spent $8,400!!! The price dropped to $7,100 after everything, but honestly this is a huge purchase and they were not willing to fix their mistake. After I responded with an email saying I will just return and get a refund, his response blew me away. They were going to keep $1,600 of my money for re-stocking fees!!Guys take it from me, stay away from DS. After all this, I did my research into DS and they have a BBB rating of "F". The lowest rating you can get. Other customers, they screwed just like me. Stay away.
