Dogs for life

I found dogs trust so supportive. Thay answers my questions promptly. If there was a question the handler wasn't sure about that soon got the information I needed. Plus all the reception staff and handlers were all very friendly . It was a good experience.

Thank You Kenilworth!

Thank You Kenilworth!Just over a month ago we welcomed a new addition to our family. The team at Kenilworth’s Dogs Trust couldn’t have been more helpful. They carefully explained his history and worked with us to understand his needs. The matching process was thorough with the aim being to make sure this was a positive adoption experience for us all, but most importantly our new pup! We love him to bits! ❤️

Brilliant and lovely team at Bridgend

Brilliant and lovely team at Bridgend, who care very much about the dogs in their care and matching them to the right new home. Excellent communications too.

Amazing!

Erica & Beth in Canterbury were just amazing. They were so friendly and explained every step into bringing Belle home. My only advice for anyone who wants to rehome a dog, is go with a particular breed in mind because believe me, I wanted to bring them all home!! Thanks again ladies!

Tovil Dogs Trust

I absolutely love a charity shop and can't resit walking past one no matter where I go. But I have to say the Dogs Trust Tovil is without doubt my favourite of all. The wide selection of large items displayed inside and outside in the lock up is great place to find yourself a bargain. Along side the huge range of clothes, toys, books, ornaments, soft furnishings and jewellery, the list just goes on. I always look forward to the seasonal displays that Greet you upon arrival making me want to seek and spend more. There is a bunch of old ladies who work tirelessly behind the counter and the store manager has always made the shopping experience 1 to remember. Her kindness and willingness, going above and beyond every time. She and her team are a credit to the charity and I will look forward to my next visit. I hope the Christmas 🎄 groto will be open as its never disappointed in the past. Keep up the good work ladies, the dogs will love you for it forever ❤️ 🐕

Dogs Trust Bridgend

We were contacted by Dogs Trust Bridgend after filling out the Application form and four days later drove to Wales for a meet & greet and rehoming appt. The staff were all wonderful, kind and thoughtful but also very professional. We adopted a lovely pup who has been a joyous addition to our family. I am very happy that I support Dogs Trust.

Dogs trust West Calder

Dogs trust West Calder Gave us the best experience and advice on re homing our dog. From first telephone call to meeting our dog, then adoption. The staff were professional, kept us really well informed, and above all so very obviously caring of all the dogs in the center. We cant speak highly enough of the team !!

The phone line enquiries team and the…

The phone line enquiries team and the website are both horrendous. No proper phone number, no email, no wants to speak to me, I spoke to a Lady on phone who fobbed me off all because I asked for an email address, she forwarded me to another service who are refusing to answer the phone lines, I have filled out an application form for a volunteer position to work in the kennels and I need an email address to forward it, I refuse to spend money on bus fares to take my application to them when they may not even take me on, I am not wasting bus fares.

Absolutely useless

Absolutely useless, I have wanted a dog or puppy for years, I contacted dogs trust thinking they would be good for me to get a dog. I left all my details with them, and I didn't get any help from them whatsoever.

Absolutely lovely experience

Absolutely lovely experience. These people really care. We adopted from Shrewsbury. Had plenty of time to walk Jim and get to know him. No pressure and all reassured that they carry out decent check and vet you.You can never go wrong adopting a rescue dog. We have done it four times and every time have found unconditional love.
