Dissatisfied to say the least

I preordered a pair of shoes. I so wish I listened to the reviews before purchasing. The customer service is TERRIBLE!!! Worst I’ve ever experienced! There’s no phone number to verbally express concern. You have to submit an online complaint via email. You will get nowhere!!! They will respond eventually just to give you the run around of a lifetime! NEVER EVER AGAIN! Not to mention the likelihood of your item being damaged if it’s ever sent is extremely high! Not worth the price nor aggravation.

Excellent in every way!

Impeccable service, my order arrived sooner than expected - and I'm overseas! The boots are fantastic and surprisingly comfortable. I got them at a very good price, after checking for discounts. Also, the customer service was quick with a small problem I encountered on the site.

Disppointed

I used to have such good expireinces with dollskill. I loved and still love their items and the unique style and variety of selcetions. But lately?the service is awful. I spent way too much money and got nothing. The workers would not provide me informations about my packages and i get nothing back. Disappointed.

I paid for overnight shipping with…

I paid for overnight shipping with Dolls Skills, expecting prompt delivery—but the package was never shipped. Despite sending multiple messages, I only received one response with a tracking number that confirmed the item hadn’t even been handed over to UPS. I requested to return all the items since I no longer need them due to the delay, and I received no further communication.This kind of customer service is unacceptable. It's unethical to charge for services you clearly can't deliver. I will be contacting my bank to dispute the charges. Save your money and take your business elsewhere—this experience has been extremely disappointing and unprofessional.

The Cutest Velour Pants Ever

I ordered the "Dolls Kill Sugar thrillz Sweet Masterpiece Velour Pants," they are so darling and cute I love them so much. I noticed the pants were reduced a day or two after and I reached out to customer service and she was so amazing and gave me the difference in price via a gift card. Great customer service and very responsive! I just ordered a hoodie to wear with the pants.

Needs quicker customer service

Clothes are beautiful. But be warmed if your parcel goes missing, you'll struggle getting a refund or even a credit. Been waiting 10 days, keep fobbing me off. I'll keep trying.
