I bought boots. Didn’t fit even though I used the store guidelines, I’ve never had wide calves in any other boot. EVER. They only let me have a partial STORE CREDIT refund for the return and THEN the “replacement” boots I bought broke zipper immediately.
Absolutely Awful Experience – Avoid at All CostsI ordered my daughter a pair of shoes from Dolls Kill for her prom, thinking everything would go smoothly. The delivery date came and went—no package. When I tracked it, I found out that because I'm in the UK, I had to call the courier listed in my email. They informed me they never even received the parcel—it hadn't left Dolls Kill’s facility.When I contacted Dolls Kill, I was told the package was "in a pickle" and had gotten lost. Their solution? That I should reorder the shoes, pay delivery again, plus an extra protection fee. With prom literally the next day, I asked for a refund and cancellation since the shoes wouldn't arrive in time. They refused.After escalating the issue, a supervisor repeated the same nonsense—either reorder or accept a gift card. Neither was acceptable. Thankfully, I contacted my bank (Chase) and they were able to get me a full refund.Bottom line: Dolls Kill has shockingly poor customer service, takes no responsibility for lost orders, and offers terrible resolutions. I’ll never shop here again and strongly advise others to stay away.
The service or customer service department of Dolls Kill is very terrible and inconsistent. I placed an order and the original delivery date was meant to be shipped in 2 days, tell me how it's Week 3 and I still haven't received any shipping notification or email from Dolls Kill regarding my recent order with them. This is also my first and last time making a purchase from this site. They do not have my form of contact phone number just to avoid the fact to speak to customers. This is a way to avoid customers query and ignore all emails so they can continue to do what they need to do in their own means and not customer satisfaction.
I purchased from dollskill on May 19, 2025 today is July 2 and the package has not yet been delivered, according to customer service the address was wrong and it was returned to the sender, all an invention, the address is correct, and they do not want to return my money, they offered me a voucher, but I am not interested in a voucher, it is a scamho acquistato su dollskill il 19 maggio 2025 oggi è il 2 luglio e il pacco non è ancora stato consegnato, secondo il servizio clienti l’indirizzo era errato ed è tornato al mittente, tutta una invenzione, l’indirizzo è corretto, e non vogliono restituire i miei soldi, mi hanno proposto un buono, ma a me non interessa un buono, è una truffa
I have had great experiences with Dolls Kill for about 7 years. I have amazing success with the products and have received considerate help from the workers at Dolls Kill. Their products are creative and unique. Thank you for all of the work that goes into selecting your products and distributing them. Keep up the great work!
Order sent back by EVRI who is always incompetent. They don’t know how to press the doorbell intercom, and obviously I was at home.EVRI informed that they were going to send back my parcel to the sender on 18 June.I’ve been trying to contact Dolls Kill several times through email, since this date.
