I ordered a costume to make sure it would arrive in time and it arrived 2 weeks later than I was told which wasn’t in time for Halloween. I wanted to return it but they said I cannot?? I had to go purchase another costume and now won’t be able to use this one that I paid for and can’t return??
I returned an item that I bought off of TikTok Shop, they claimed that they never received it and now I am out almost $300. I contacted customer service at least 20 times through that form they have online and through email but still haven’t received a response. It’s been almost two months now.
Worst experience of my life. When you request a refund they give you a dumb gift card instead of your money back. This store is a scam. I asked for a refund not a dumb stupid gift card to buy at your lousy store. I WANT MY MONEY BACK YOU THEIFS. BUYERS BEWARE!!!
Ordered two Halloween costumes. The $83 one was super low quality. The red sequins went EVERYWHERE while just trying it on for the first time. The wig looked nothing like the photo and the cape wouldn't stay attached. Didn't realize their return policy was terrible. Only gift cards given out for returns.
This is the worse company I've ever bought from. Extremely high prices for poor-quality products. I've waited five long months to receive an order. They're the only online company that doesn't even have a phone number to contact them. Everything is done via email, which is answered by a machine in most cases, or not answer at all. Two seasons passed, and after my insistence they finally decided to send me three of the seven products I purchased. They canceled the rest because they don’t have it, and they only refunded me half of that money. How is it possible that they canceled and only refunded me half of my money for those four pieces they weren't going to send me? The audacity and abuse this company displays toward its customers is inconceivable. Be aware of this company.
I was so excited for Halloween that I decided to order my costume early instead of waiting until the last minute which I’m beyond grateful for, because I never even got my costume. I ordered an Alice in Wonderland costume on September 28 and decided on October 6 to email customer service since it still hadn’t shipped. They replied the next day to let me know they never sent it out because, somehow, it was returned to the sender before I even received it! They also told me I wouldn’t be getting any money back and that the best they could do was offer store credit which I definitely won’t be using.
I've ordered once before and got some awesome shoes. No issues there. Second order, both my items were separated and one package got here first, opened it today and there's sand in the pockets? Meant to be a brand new jumper, has american sand in the pockets. I'm Australian and our sand looks different. kind of flabbergasted. So yeah, nice clothes but is selling used clothes????????? I found out because I took my phone and vape out of each pocket and theres sand on both? Like everywhere.
Yeah, there is always some delays in receiving an order, especially if it’s overseas but that should be expected as it goes through many channels. My order came to my country and then the local delivery services didn’t follow procedure or reply to my requests for details; they sent my order back. Despite this not being Dolls Kill problem they were supportive, informative and helpful. I cannot stress enough how, despite some shipping/delivery delays, how good the customer service is at Dolls Kill. If you want easy access clothes without the incredible style you can get from Dolls Kill then go to a high street shop. As an online store which ships internationally they do very well at delivering orders and communicating with customers about orders
