Dollskill customer service is the worst, if you made an error while ordering or ordered by mistake there is NO NUMBER, to call no HUMAN to reach out too and their web form contact it's OVER A WEEK and no one has gotten back to me. VERY VERY VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! For their prices their customer service should be better!!!!

Do not buy from here.I paid £20 for delivery, the item arrived too late for my event, the colour was different from the photo on the website, the fit was horrific. I have tried to get a refund, but all they offer is pay for postage yourself and you get gift card credit for the website. I was not aware of this "refund" policy on purchase or I would never have paid the stupid amount of money that I did for a piece of rubbish. A gift card is a cop-out for customer service and totally lazy. What a waste of time this has all been. Make your refund policy CRYSTAL CLEAR on purchase, or else you're just disrespecting your customers and will never get repeat business.

Well I love their products however customer service is not really effective. So I don't feel safe to shop here again. They missed an item in my order and then it takes weeks to get reply. But they requested me to wait till the delivery status updated!? I mean the tracking number said delivered! Why it takes weeks on their website and still said "on the way"!? So they denied to solve an issue that 100% their fault!? A customer service agent replied a week later and offer me a discount for the item with the exact price I bought. Which is their fault in not delivering it! And they increased the price of that item, so including their shipping fees which is $8. I have to spend double and extra fees to get the exact item they FORGOT to include in my package and still charge me!?Well just wish that there will be no issues with you. Or else it will be challenging to get back from them.

Never a disappointment when I get form Dolls Kill! I’ve been a consistent customer since 2017! Absolutely love the eclectic styles, always something for everyone. I get just about most of punk and goth clothing from here!

ordered a bunch from them before too but incomplete orders are delivered. I have been waiting for an order for over 3 weeks now and although it says 5-7 business days its not received. They are not even offering a solution and although they were reverting before they have stopped responding completely now!

They stole $300 from me

I spent almost three hundred dollars on a few items, most of which were MUCH cheaper and more low quality than presented on the website. I returned most of it except for a mirror and a hoodie. They not only never refunded my money but when I contacted them the third time about getting my refund, they BLOCKED ME! They literally blocked me from contacting them. I tried again from another email and once they got my order number via the back and forth email exchange, they blocked me again! They are straight up THEIVES. I looked further into their products and found most of them contain cancer causing ingredients! Insane! I'm glad I didn't keep most of the clothing bc I don't want to wear something that could make me sick. 1000% do not ever shop here!
