I ordered a Halloween costume that came incomplete. The description clearly stated the costume came with leg warmers. I emailed the dolls kill customer service team and was met with unreasonable demands. Was told I need to return the costume before they would give me any compensation. I asked for a return label and was told I needed to pay for one. Even though they explained it had to be returned before they could do anything for me. After about 20 emails back and forth, I gave up trying to get a refund or any type of compensation. I recommend ordering off a better site. Dollskill have been known for terrible advertising and racist slogans.they have also been boycotted by the rave community for it. Plzzzz pick a better place to spend your money.

I pre-ordered a pair of sandals and I'm in the UK so was a bit hesitant on ordering but I did the £3 purple dot insurance just in case. They came quickly, well packaged and exactly what I wanted 😁 so happy with my sandals I love them and can't wait to wear them!

I ordered some combat boots that arrived in November. By January they are unusable with the platform completely separating from the sole. I e-mailed them and got an immediate response, which I then realised was AI. It refused to refund or replace them as they were purchased outside of the 30 day window. I’ve worn these shoes about 6 times.

Disappointing experience with the dress and service.

I ordered a lovely dress that took an excessively long time to arrive. When it finally did, the quality was just average, especially for the price of 90 dollars. The fabric felt itchy, reminiscent of the dresses for toy dolls. Additionally, I keep getting charged for a membership that is incredibly difficult to cancel. Despite being quite computer literate, the process is intentionally complicated. Overall, I find the integrity of this company to be quite lacking.

Misleading Shipping Practices and Poor Customer Support

I was misled into paying an extra €30 for 'expedited' shipping, which was advertised as delivery within 6-10 business days. That guarantee was the sole reason for the additional charge. Unfortunately, that promise turned out to be false. My order is now taking longer than the promised timeframe, and when I reached out to customer service, things only got worse. I received a dismissive response that failed to address my concerns, did not clarify the misinformation, and offered no apology or resolution. After that, my inquiries were simply ignored. Despite the inaccurate shipping guarantee being their responsibility, the company has shown no accountability: -No refund for the expedited shipping
-No free return option
-No apology
-No follow-up Charging customers extra money based on false delivery promises and then refusing to acknowledge the error is both unacceptable and unethical. Ignoring customers after payment demonstrates how little the company values accountability or consumer trust. If you're thinking about ordering from this service, be cautious: their shipping promises are unreliable, and if issues arise, you may find yourself without support.

They sent my order to the wrong…

They sent my order to the wrong address. I had to pay customs tax on the order. They then said that they would give me a gift note or send it again. I told him I didn’t want either that I wanted a refund but they still gave me the gift note anyway I no longer want the order as it has gone well past the time I needed it for. I didn’t want to place another order with them as I would have to pay customs again for the second time- don’t order from this place

I would leave 0 if I could. Poor quality items for a luxury price. Poor customer service. Difficult to get a cancellation or a refund once they have your money.

I guess dollskill turned into a scam…

I guess dollskill turned into a scam company. In previous years I loved to buy some clothes and shoes and there was never any problem, but this year I made order for more than 200€, in may and it turned out it was a PREORDER! So I wait... and wait... and wait... ask support and they said to wait a bit more (not sure if it was a person or just a bot)... On October I got a refund for one of the orders items! And two days later thet sent me message that my order is shipped... Got two links, checked them both, but it was just updated about shippement status, but no contact, no address to go and receive my packages, delivery company doesn't responded to my email and when I tried to call a number from their website it didn't existed. Delivery guy never knocked to my door, on the website in the shippement status appeared "Shipment in return transit". So no money, no delivery, no items, no contact, I just feel scammed. Please avoid this shop.

Dollskill will just take your money. a scam and shitty service

Dollskill will just take your money, it is basically a scam site. I wanted to cancel my order before it arrived in the UK. However, dollskill wouldn't let me. So my items arrived in the UK, with a fat customs fee of £70. I didn't pay customs fee as the items needed to be returned anyway. So all the items were returned and now they are not paying me back for the items I never received in the first place. I don't want a shit gift card which is the only thing they're offering I just want my money back. This is so ridiculous I will never shop from them again. I've lost £150 and idk what to do.
