Review Time
I’ve ordered from here a couple times, without fail there will be a problem with the shipping. There is always an “issue” that delays the package from being shipped, and then it finally gets shipped a month later when I don’t need it anymore. If you try to cancel it because the package is not being shipped out you can’t, if you try to return it they will not refund you they will only give you store credit. You would get the same quality off sites like shein with faster arrival, don’t waste your time here.
Bought my daughter school shoes as they have bigger sizes, within a week of wearing the soles started to come away from the fabric, and now at 4 weeks the soles half split across the middle, making them uncomfortable to wear. She only wears them around school (doesn't walk to and from as catches school bus), so little wear. Cost £50 for shoes, which should last more than a month. Appalling quality for what they cost. Contacted them but had no reply. Now having to buy my daughter another pair of shoes.
I have been a long time dollskill fan. I think my first ever order was all the way back in 2016 for my first festival. Like a lot of the reviews here, I really enjoy their diversity and creativity when it comes to the styles they offer. I can find something for pretty much anything and most of my closet is occupied by dk brands. I am leaving a 4 star review because my recent orders have come with some pretty noticeable issues. I can tell there is a drop in quality on many pieces (I’ve had things come damaged and fully broken) and the shipping service has become a lot more frustrating since they now use that shop app to track everything. My last order, was super confusing and was actually all lost in transit. It’s unfortunate because even though the claims service did give me credit back, for some reason they did not send me the full amount back (I lost $359 worth of product and was reimbursed 311 I did notify the claims of this and am awaiting a resolution). Even more unfortunate I can’t even repurchase most the items because they no longer carry my sizes so I’m bummed cuz I had specific plans for a lot of these pieces I do want to give credit to the costumer service employee that helped me. Her name is Chelsea. She was amazing and replied quickly to my issue. If I was just reviewing our interaction I would give her 5 stars but since this site is asking about the store in general the best I can give is a 4 star because I have been experiencing issues recently but will continue to support and purchase from dolls kill and hope they improve
I ordered about 5 items back in July. There was a delay with one pre-order item that we preventing the rest of the items to be sent and I was starting to get really frustrated. I reached out to customer support and the support rep, Jenni, made me go from “I am never ordering something from here again” to “wow they actually have amazing customer service!”. Jenni was able to quickly act and push my order through! Because of this experience, I will definitely continue shopping with DollsKill. Obviously they have amazing clothes, but their customer support really makes you feel taken care of. Thanks again, Jenni!!
Placed an order in May for 5 sale items. The order didn’t show on my account. After multiple emails to customer service, was told they were on ‘pre order’ which was strange as it was a sale and they showed in stock.Eventually the order showed with a delivery date. That came and went. After chasing customer service again I was told due to high orders they were waiting for stock to come in.It’s now September 1st and I’ve still recieved nothing. I have asked for a refund so we’ll see how that goes. Definitely would not trust this company.
EDIT: I wrote the contact form again today and got a better response to replace the item with gift card and I didn’t need to pay to ship the other item back. I think the AI didn’t know how to handle my original request, but the issue was resolved by reaching back out. Original: They sent me the totally wrong item and then expect me to pay to ship it back when it was their mistake. They’re saying it’s because I didn’t pay for their 360° protection, but that’s crazy because they were the ones who sent me the wrong item. They also don’t offer refunds, only gift cards.
I ordered two items in May and the original delivery time was 2 weeks but then something went wrong and the delivery time changed to 2 months. I still agreed but when it came time for delivery my boots were delivered to the wrong address and the other pair of pants were returned. I was very disappointed and complained many times and they ignored me, I spent a lot of money on shipping and waited a long time and got frustrated. When I told them I would not accept the gifr card because I would never shop there again because they do not respect their customers word and their unprofessionalism I said that and they still ignored me and sent me the gifr card
Clothes are fabulous, but the logistic service is just AWFUL! This has happened to me multiple times now, wrong items sent, ordered items are out of stock so they just sit on your order for weeks on end and do nothing, until you ask them. Have been sent completely wrong items and all they do is "sorry for the inconvenience". What a f...ng load of shit!
