Don't buy anything from here. I will never make this mistake. Their clothing is literally something you can get from Shein, if not worse. Worst return policy ever, you give them cash, and they give you a gift card. Quality is insanely low, and their customer service is even lower.
One of the worst businesses you could possibly support. They won't say where any of their clothing is sourced and is most likely taking advantage of labor laws overseas. The founder of the company also has publicly rejected the Black Lives Matter movement as well as carrying clothing with drug imagery and jokes, normalizing the culture surrounding such a dark topic for a lot of people. If that all wasn't enough, they markup their clothes up to 300% for their value or what it cost them to make. A flimsy see-through shirt with loose strings and no lining will cost you $50 easy. If you end up needing to return something, don't even bother trying. Their customer support is a joke. They will not get back to you, and if they do are instructed to act 'casual' and use words like 'babez' and 'girlypop' to handle professional issues (as well as it being a policy that they will not refund or return for any reason) Please do not support this business. There are plenty of other alternative style clothing brands that don't take advantage of people less fortunate than they are! :)
I just wanted to say is my first time ordering from Dolls Kill and love their website everything is fab and since I’m getting ready for a big festival they are the best for it, and I’m very happy with their customer assistant. I have to return an item because it was too big and they were very helpful and very nice which is not common, at least from my experiences. Anyways their clothe is fab and very nice material. Defo will order the same top again but in smaller size 😉
I had a pair of jeans come in damaged and they made it right and sent me a new pair. Chelsea made sure I was taken care of. I will definitely be shopping with them in the future! The way they show their products online where the model has dressed to show off the item you are looking at is great too. A lot of companies don’t put as much thought into their products like DollsKill!
I love the bags from Dolls Kill. I buy them often! Never had an issue, the bags are usually pristine (I own over 20 DK bags). This time, I had 3 bags in my order and, 2 were damaged. Again, I order often and have never had an issue! I messaged support and was met back with a message pretty quickly! Took a bit between responses but eventually we chatted back and forth and agreed on store credit. I expected a few bucks but they were very generous and took care of me! Paige was great and efficient! I appreciate the level of customer service received!
I saw an ad on Instagram for the Vision Of Beauty Table Lamp and I had to have it. But the specifications of the lamp weren’t on the website. Fortunately it’s beyond easy to get in contact with customer service! They responded so fast and they were so nice! I got my specifications within the week and purchased the lamp! It is now in my room looking perfect!
Paid €120+ for the Gnaw On This Jacket and it came with BLOODSTAINS. They only gave me a partial refund and have been consistently IGNORING my attempts to inquire further. Their return policy is very awful and scam-y. They refuse to give you your real money back and instead issue gift cards so you’re forced to shop at their shit store again. Do not buy even one thing from them, not worth it at all, awful quality. Plus they use cancer-causing materials in their clothing.
