This is the worst delivery company…

This is the worst delivery company ever, every time they deliver a package to me they never follow the instructions for delivery or they say we attempted to deliver your package but you weren't home. This is such a lie cause there's always someone home, they're just to freaking lazy to do the job the drivers are hired for. Today I gave specific instructions and the driver didn't follow them of course. I wish Amazon would use a different company for deliveries. Shame you your drivers.

This place is absolutely disgusting

This place is absolutely disgusting. It should be shut down. They don't care about your delivery at all. I have been waiting for a delivery for two weeks because they can't find our office in the CBD. Our offices are in the biggest shopping complex in the city - The Emporium. I get parcels delivered there all the time. I have phoned them ten times to receive some crap from their customer service. I have even changed the delivery address to my home address, and they still can't deliver my parcel. I am still waiting for my parcel, and it has been three weeks now. When I ring them, they keep on suggesting that I get it returned back to the sender - Amazon!

Delivery Instructions Are Just Ignored

Most of their delivery guys don't seem to care about the delivery instructions provided. If they're not going to follow them, then what's the point of even asking for instructions in the first place? I understand they're probably on a tight schedule, but not everyone leaves delivery instructions, and when someone does, it's usually for a valid reason.

3 days late and no show!

They were supposed to do a pickup 2 days ago. At 9 am they said they were on their way. Then at 11:30 I get an email saying to reschedule. They claimed they had been here and that nobody was home. I was here, received no phone call and security camera proves that they never came near my place.

Dragonfly is a useless company

Dragonfly is a useless company. My Mom waited 8 days for them to pick up a return. They said they were on their way but they never came. They said that no one answered the door or the phone which is a total lie. Why Amazon uses them I don't know. It will be a long time before I buy anything from them again in case it needs to be returned. Do not trust this company.

Dragonfly Shipping/Intelcom Courier - Awful Service

Delivery to the Sunshine Coast, BC, is unacceptable and deficient to say the least. This is the fourth time I have had to call to track down a promised delivery. (The message: "You can start to get excited! Your driver (name) is on their way to you with your package. We’ll keep you updated as your driver approaches!") - in my case, this is not true.... on 3 consecutive deliveries. Yet, I see their delivery vans in my complex every day!Today, I again called their customer service call centre regarding a package which has been at their Surrey, BC warehouse for 10 days! I even provided them with the co-ordinates for delivery - Their delivery service is truly terrible!

Always late...always lost.

As usual with Dragonfly...the guy got lost and had to call me for directions.He was 12 minutes away and I have been waiting for 45 minutes so far. Get with it Amazon...and ditch these guys.

saying attempt made not true

I don't understand why Amazon is using this company. I waited all day for my delivery to arrive. Akashdeep said he attempted but could not get an answer. Since when does the delivery not just leave the package? He did not even come to my address. I called CS and talked to ALIE, who contacted the driver within a few minutes after I received the email saying he had attempted. If he were in my area, he could have come back, but he did not because he was not in my area. he did not make any attempt. Very disappointed. they said it would be delivered on Sunday. If not, I will cancel my Amazon account and sign up with temu as their drivers and delivery company have better reviews.
