My package was delivered to the wrong…

My package was delivered to the wrong address. Photo sent to my phone. I called them. They said they would rectify it and get back to me. Been a week now and NOT even a email or a call back. Totally useless F'n company. I'm out my purchase and still looking for my product.Never written a bad review before. But this place doesn't even bother to follow up. Now I'm i'm out my parcel and can't even get a hold of someone without sitting listening to elevator music for almost an hour !

dragonflies estimate time for arrival…

dragonflies estimate time for arrival sucks big time. I rearranged my day to make sure I was home to receive the package due to the fact there's high theft in my neighborhood. The estimated time from dragonfly has come and gone my friends. I would give zero stars but it gave me no choice to leave one. Don't order stuff in New Brunswick. Because dragonfly will fly off with your s***... And drop it whenever they please not on your time on their so-called estimated time.

Always conviently delayed on Sundays…

Always conviently delayed on Sundays for certain towns. The problem is coming from the Kelowna location. I tried contacting customer service regarding this concern, the operator got quite rude when I expressed the continuing problem and was very unhelpful. Maybe its time amazon gets contracts with other delivery services for the smaller towns.

Don’t follow delivery instructions

Left instructions where to put packages and not ring doorbell or knock as the dogs go crazy and I am a shift worker and sleep during the day. None of the instructions get followed and this happens constantly and it’s like they can’t read instructions

The most horrible courier company in…

The most horrible courier company in Canada. AMAZON uses this courier sometimes. There are NOT able to deliver during regular business hours. They offered us pick up at a warehouse 80km away. The customer service is not reachable for half the day and finally we could talk to somebody who was complete useless! You can ask AMAZON to take this company for your list of couriers. We will, first thing in the morning

Worst delivery service I’ve ever…

Worst delivery service I’ve ever experienced. No responsibility from the driver or customer service. This is the third time my delivery has gone missing. I strongly advise never to use Dragonfly.

Pick up person tramples landscaping instead of using sidewalk.

Driver was okay at pickup but then left and proceeded to trample over the landscaping instead of using the well maintained sidewalk. Poor training may be the result of this disrespectful behaviour. I don't know. I had a delivery job much like this in the 70's and received no training whatsoever but was always respectful of the clients and their property. Is that too much to ask Dragonfly?

Driver left a note saying delivery was…

Driver left a note saying delivery was attempted, then proceeded to leave my package with a total stranger in my apartment building, whom he had sign for it. I spent a half hour searching for this person, trying to find my package. The woman on the phone with Dragonfly was NO help. The driver DID NOT follow my delivery instructions. I'm lucky the person he left it with was honest, and gave it to me. What kind of employee does this??? He didn't follow my instructions and had a complete stranger sign for my parcel, without my knowledge or consent. What kind of service is this?????

Terrible Driver.

I got an email notification that my package would arrive withing the next hour. That was at 8:06 pm. Then at 9:38pm I get another email saying "Unfortunately, we weren’t able to deliver your package today.Your driver attempted to deliver your package but was unable because there may be a mistake in the delivery address." Wrong. The address is right and we are a FedEx Ship centre. Easy to find. We get shipments every day even by Dragonfly. This driver was inept. I watched the security cameras for an hour and a half so as not to miss the driver and they didn't even make an effort. I hope Amazon stops using this crappy company. Gurpinder - get a different job. Delivery is too difficult for you.
