Since DragonFly has taken over Intelcom, their service is impeccable! Their email notifications are spot on as is their attention to detail with deliveries. The couriers are super friendly but what I like most is the updates on tracking. This has far exceeded Intelcom in so many ways. In St. John's, NL Intelcom had the worst reputation. Dragonfly has surpassed Intelcom in service and reliability. Their couriers really are amazing but overall the company is run efficiently. I have not had an issue yet and I had issues with INtelcom all the time! Excellent service!
Horrible Company. Currently called Dragonfly, formerly called Intelecom. If you've ever dealt with them, you'll understand why they keep changing their name, as they are completely useless. Ordered an item online recently, and winced when I was notified that Dragonfly would be the service, but hoped for the best. Followed tracking online, and also provided contact & buzzer instructions for delivery date. On the delivery date, kept my eyes peeled and awaited a phone call. Finally saw an e-mail that my package had been delivered TO THE WRONG BUILDING!!! Not only that, it was the wrong suite number! I have no way of entering the building (down the street from me) or contacting the person who received my package. It is hard to believe a courier company could be THAT incompetent, but they definitely are.
Was a a driver, priority driver, and they really let one down as a courier. I did an absolutely impeccable job for them but then they wained on delivery spots in order to prioritize illegal drivers. Support is located in Pakistan and the Philippines so good luck trying to get any real, qualitative help as a customer or a courier. Often times they are delivering $10,000 worth of pharmaceuticals and they treat the platform as a joke. Also, they DO NOT consistently print out your work analytics so you'll never understand your earnings. Lastly, duplicitous behavior on the owners and their work constituents.
So many instances in the past with failed deliveries, deliveries dropped 100m from my house and right beside the road, damaged deliveries, "postponed" deliveries, etc., etc., etc. I yelled at Amazon support several times, and stopped buying anything on Amazon, period. Then 8 months later, I find that Dragonfly no longer delivers in my area and that deliveries went back to our original delivery guy. So I started ordering from Amazon again.IF Dragonfly starts delivering in my area again, I will drop my yearly-paid Amazon Prime membership in a heartbeat. I just don't need or want the aggravation. I deserve better.
