They were supposed to pickup a package, never showed, time slot was in the middle of the day so I could no get out to run other errands. When I call them all I get is “by 9 pm” over 6 hours later. What a useless company. They are always hours late with Amazon deliveries too. I would give a zero rating if I could.
They are already a week LATE, package was supposed to arrive 6 days ago. No update on my tracking number and customer service appears to simply be a call centre without access to any information. Retailers... stop using these guys. Incompetence with them is the norm, not the exception
I ordered a package through Amazon and it ended up being shipped by Dragonfly. I work in an office building that is open M-F, 8-4pm. This was mentioned in the delivery instructions section when placing the order, as well as when I confirmed the pickup in my email. Tell me why Dragonfly came to deliver the package at 8:41pm. Additionally, when they realized the building was closed, they called my cell # and repeatedly asked for my home address so they could bring the package there. That is not where I want it to be delivered. Also, how do I trust the person on the other end of the call to be who they are saying they are? Especially when they were not pleasant and very demanding. Dragonfly eventually left a notice on the front door of the office, which had no information written on it, no time of when they attempted delivery, no date marked, nothing. I had to Google Dragonfly to confirm this was a legit company. I called Dragonfly and asked if they would be able to deliver the package during our business hours, and was told I should have put it in my delivery instructions. I told her I did, and she said "oh sorry I can see that now. sometimes our drivers get busy on their route and show up late." okay, again, why is that my problem? Is there no better system you could have set up? Somehow, this counted as one of my three delivery attempts. What is the point of having an "add pickup instructions" button anyways, if nobody cares to read it? Well, the second delivery attempt was arguably worse. I received a call and someone was telling me they were 2 minutes away and to come to the front door outside. Um, who is this? They said it was Dragonfly with my package. A little suspicious. I told them no thank you, please deliver to the office building and leave with reception. They asked if they could deliver to the office beside us instead, I said no please do not, they are not affiliated with us and should not have to finish YOUR job. Anywho, the driver would not give up, he just kept asking/telling me to come downstairs. I met the driver downstairs because at this point I was worried my package was going to get stolen because the Dragonfly employees refuse to do what they were hired to do. One other thing I would like to add, on the Dragonfly website under "Common Q&A's" it shows as follows: "I live in an apartment or condo building, where do I meet the driver?" The answer?: "If the driver needs additional information to access your pickup location like a security code, call box code, or directions, feel free to include them in your instructions. The more detailed, the better! To set pickup instructions, click the button labeled 'Add pickup instructions' in the first email you received from us confirming your pickup." End quote. I am highly dissatisfied as I seem to have done everything properly on my end and Dragonfly simply refuses to do their job.
I've complained to Amazon numerous times about this Company hoping that they come to their senses and remove them as a contractor. As others have said they are either stealing packages or just so utterly incompetent that they should not be considered a logistics/delivery Company. Their tracking doesn't even provide updates even when I can see on Amazon that they had the package in my city then somehow managed to send it off to parts unknown, city no longer provided after three additional carrier changes. Absolute garbage company.
I will continue to encourage Amazon to stop using this company. Previously Intelcom, now Dragonfly, rebranding won't change the fact that they are basically a scam. Packages that don't get delivered, and returns that are never picked up. Just a useless shipping company. They'll say "no one was home" to deliver or pick-up returns when that's just a lie.
Horrible service, the drivers lie about the reason they could not deliver. No mechanism or protocol to resolve any issues. Office staff have no common sense to answer a question even when given a sound business like reasonable suggestion as to overcome the issues
Our Amazon return is waiting for two weeks now because these lying crooks invent all kind of excuses to not pickup our return package.Their latest lie was "they could not access the property", and the property is a retail store with plenty of parking space in front.I do not know how much Amazon pays them but they are a complete disgrace.
Driver delivered package, but did not follow delivery instructions. Also the driver attempted to turn around in my driveway, drove over my lawn in two spots and left huge burnout in my driveway. I have pictures and videos. I would appreciate if someone would contact me about this.
