I had an expensive package arriving, and requested under special instructions area, for driver go into back yard and leave by back door. Also informed there was no dog to worry about. Driver left package in full view on front step. So leaving instructions didn't work.
terrible company, Always a day or two late, get emails saying on its way, then doesnt show up.Everytime shows wasnt delivered due to severe weather on clear days, not sure why amazon uses them,
They don't even try to deliver. They take fake photos for their records to show they tried (the agent told me when I called). They make excuses saying the address was wrong, etc etc. Today, immediately after I left instructions, I got an email saying my "business" was closed.
Why even have Amazon Prime when Dragonfly won't deliver it? On the plus side, I support local business now because I don't bother ordering anymore.
Unprofessional. Delivered my package somewhere else entirely says they are going to pick it up and they never do. I call back and they say nothing they can do because it is outside the window of time??? Then the representative Cassie hung up on me after asking me to wait so she can make contact with the warehouse. Crazy. Don't deal with this company. No accountability and completely unprofessional. They don't deserve to be in business.
I have placed several items over the last few months and I did have nothing but negative experiences lately..... From items being late, to lost, to a much later delivery date, not sure if your parcel will ever arrive! For example, I ordered a personalized Christmas Ornament on December 14th and still hasn't arrived.... Last update I got was delayed - Mis-sort! I contacted the company twice and they told me to wait a week on both occasions!!!!! Not a pleasant experience!!!
I'm baffled by how a photo of a random house numbered 136 on an unknown street can be considered "proof of delivery" when the actual delivery address on the package is 120 on my street. I drove around the area searching for this location, and I can't understand how someone could think that sending a photo of my package at the incorrect address constitutes "delivered" or serves as proof of anything other than a lack of competence.
The company utilizes a third-party service for customer returns. They promised a pickup within one business day, but I received an email indicating it would take two business days instead. This morning, I got another email stating my item would be picked up today. I waited at home all day for the driver. Now it's 8 PM, and after checking the tracking site, I see there are supposedly weather delays in our area. However, it's a clear, sunny day here. This isn't the first time I've faced issues like this; next time, I'll just take the item to a local store myself.
Extremely disappointing experience. Initially, my delivery was postponed without any clear explanation. The following day, it was marked as out for delivery, which seemed promising! However, at 5 PM, I received an email stating that delivery failed due to the driver not being able to access my building, despite my detailed instructions and access code. Thinking the code might be faulty, I went down to test it myself, and it worked perfectly! I then checked my door logs, hoping to see if there was an attempt to contact me, but there was none. No delivery attempt was made at all. So, I reached out to customer service. I was on hold for 30 minutes, and when I finally connected, I got disconnected because the representative couldn't hear me. This was clearly an issue on their end since I had just spoken with a friend without any problems. Terrible service; I recommend steering clear.
This delivery service is incredibly frustrating. I was just two feet from my door when I received a message stating that the delivery failed due to no response! It's absurd! The instructions clearly state to call and leave the package outside my door. No one buzzed, called, or knocked, and I have a very loud doorbell! It seems that my package might end up discarded like so many others in the complaints and videos I've seen.
Delivery relies heavily on communication, yet it often falls short. The customer support claims they cannot reach specific locations or drivers except via email, which feels untrue. They also state they lack a way to contact a manager directly, which raises questions. Drivers often report attempted deliveries without even approaching the address, leaving customers frustrated. You might get a message saying they'll arrive in an hour, only to find out later that delivery failed. On delivery day, the tracking status unpredictably shifts to "pending calculations"—a vague term. Has anyone else experienced them admitting that the parcel wasn't even taken out for delivery? It would seem that if every employee faced a series of unfortunate events, it might still feel like a light punishment for the service provided.
