Absolutely Disgusted

These guys left a package on my step that was clearly mangled. The box had a huge hole in it and my product was damaged.

Lack of SOP and Communication - A Company Destined for Failure

They told me my address doesn't exist. After I let them know that this has been my address forever and that I have never had a package missdelevered they admitted their employees just follow google maps and wont drive to the correct house number around the corner if google maps is wrong. It has been almost a week and nobody can provide an update. They cannot provide contact info for the warehouse. Nobody knows where my package is. Then of course another company uses them as well. THat package was meant to be delivered on the 12th. It said they would try again, it is now the 14th. After waiting on hold for 30 minutes they cannot provide an explanation other than there are 100 other deliveries ahead. MINE SHOULD TAKE PRIORITY NOT BE LAST IN LINE EVERYTIME SO IT IS MISSED. So far, 3 packages ordered and only one showed up as I spent 1 hour on the line with their customer support to ensure they wouldn't mess it up. This is awful.

I have been trying Dragonfly Sucksto send a package…

I have been trying to send a package back to Amazon since September 25th 2025The date is now October 14, 2025Dragonfly has not shown up to pick up the package. They have one more chance to pick it up todayWhy Amazon uses this company for returns is beyond me. I would ditch this company in a heartbeat. They are not very good.

Terrible service

They steal packages and claim it’s delivered, wasting both my time and money here and the customer service is awful.

Terrible experience with this company

Terrible experience with this company. The last 2 orders were 3 days later than scheduled. Kept saying they were on their way, would be delivered in the next hour. Got that notice just after noon, the parcel came after 7:30 at night.May stop using Amazon if they can't get a better delivery service than this. Been a customer for a very long time.

ZERO RATING SERVICE

Been waiting over 8 days for this. Just terrible service. SAYS BEING SHIPPED BACK TO MERCHANT. I tried calling your office but no answer and can't even leave a message, more terrible service. I contacted the merchant and he cannot understand why it would be returned !!!Should be delivered in Thunder Bay today !!

So Bad I Don't Have Words

I gave a 1 star rating because I can't give less. Amazon has used them 3 times over the last 4 years to pick up a return from me and every time there were issues. The last one was two weeks ago and I still haven't seen anyone. I emailed about a tech issue I had trying to reschedule, and for customer service and I still haven't heard back about either. Amazon helped me resolve the tech issue.Their website keeps rerouting you to the email form but I found their 800 number after an internet search and called yesterday. I eventually had to ask for a manager, and I was told one would call within 24 hours. I gave up and reported them to Amazon - who cleared the return for me, and logged the complaint. My issues with them:-they don't give delivery windows so you're stuck the entire day when they don't show up-drivers often don't show up-drivers texting asking for a 5 star rating before they've even arrived -drivers texting and picking up outside the 9am-9pm time frame -drivers asking me to put the package outside the door to achieve "a hassle free pickup" which goes against the company direction to "hand your package directly to the driver" -"Customer Service" does nothing except explain, the rules. They just repeat that you'll have to reschedule - they can't even do that for you. -there was never any effort made to resolve the issues, and CSRs were not motivated to assist.-I explained the havoc their issues caused in my schedule and asked them simply to guarantee a pick-up window of am or pm. CSR told me they can't do that because it's up to the driver's schedule. "Can you not put a note somewhere asking the driver who gets it to text me a pick-up window?" "No. We don't do that" -Call centres are so far away that managers aren't available until the next day. I have always tried to support Canadian business where I could so it's very disappointing to me that this is a Canadian business I will never use.

Extreme inefficiency

Dragonfly was the only choice Amazon gave us for returning an item. I intensely dislike using them because they make you wait all day and evening telling you they're on their way, only to have them postpone at the last minute. Then you have to reschedule and go through the painful process again. This has happened several times. They sure don't mind wasting days of our time with their extreme inefficiency
