its not like they care but by far the worst experience again ive had with these clowns and amazon refuses to act on them and make them smarten up.. maybe if i fire amazon (not like they would give a rats butt) and keep filing complaints against them and dragonfly courier and they do lose business that will wake them up and smarten up
Lately I cannot complain about dragonfly. My orders are usually a day or two early and the last few delivery drivers I’ve been able to meet at the door have been exceptionally friendly. While I have had a bad experience with dragonfly customer service when a package was missing, I will not hold the delivery drivers accountable. Mistakes happen but customer service could definitely use A LOT of work.
Worst co. I've ever dealt with! They text me a 1hr notice for pickup. I rushed home in less than 40mins. to find they had been here already!Called in less than 48 hours to reschedule pickup, to b told I only had 1 day left for the return. Less than 4 days from my request to make the return!Unbelievably poor customer service.
I see why they changed the name to Dragonfly. Your service is super slow. Uniuni Express and Apple Express deliver the next day once they get the package, but you guys are always taking your own time to deliver. I give you 2 stars because I ended up getting my package finally, but now a new package you received already, and on your website, you mentioned it will take 3 days to deliver. Why? From your office to my place is a 20-minute maximum drive, so I don't understand why it takes 3 days to deliver.
I am extremely frustrated with the delivery service used by Dragonfly.This is the second time my package has been sent to the wrong address.It’s unbelievable that such a basic error could happen twice, even after I provided clear instructions.I want to emphasize that my vendor has done their best to follow up and help resolve the problem.They have been responsive and professional throughout.However, the shipping company has clearly failed in their responsibilities.Not only have they delayed my order, but they have also shown no urgency to correct their mistake or provide updates.As a customer, this repeated issue is unacceptable and stressful.If this does not get resolved immediately, I will be forced to cancel my order and consider alternatives.I strongly suggest that Dragonfly review their choice of shipping partners, as these ongoing delivery failures severely damage customer trust.
Consistently, not just today, disregard / do not meet hours of office being open that are posted with Amazon and with Dragonfly, resulting in multiple days of out for delivery before delivery is made. After 2 previous days I am now at the office 3.5 hours after closing waiting . . . not here yet. Again, a consistent issue. 0 Stars would be more accurate.
This is by far the worst delivery company I have ever had dealings with. Every order from Amazon to be delivered to my home by Dragonfly never arrives. Amazon has it on my profile that Dragonfly is not to deliver to me. Today June 18th I was returning a package to a retailer that used Dragonfly to pick it up, I was notified at 7 am they were picking my item up by 9pm this evening. I was sitting in my living room and received a notification from Dragonfly the delivery was cancelled because I was not at home. When I contacted them and told them I was home, they did not even have good customer relations and courtesy to apologize. I notified the retailer, Purolator was notified to pick item up and within 2 hours my item was picked up. DoNOT USE THIS COMPANY. THEy ARE NOT RELIABLE OR POLITE. V Vaughan
dishonest borderline criminal organization. used to be intellicom, rebranded to try to hide from their staggering failure and horrible reputation. not going to work. worthless customer service and drivers who deliver to the wrong house half the time.
