Review Time
I am giving a 1-star rating since there is no option for zero or negative stars. I ordered from a platform, and while the tracking indicated it was delivered, I have not received it. It has been 3 days of delay. I reached out to the support team, and they advised me to wait another 5 days before contacting them again.
I don't understand why I had to select a star rating because this service doesn't even deserve one. It's the worst experience I've had in my 56 years. I've provided delivery instructions for the past six days, and they still haven't been followed. If I had to sum up my feelings about this service in one word, it would be 'terrible'.
The service has proven to be unreliable. I provide my delivery address for convenience, yet I find myself searching all over town to locate where my package has been left this time. Is the company unable to handle basic deliveries, or is it simply a lack of effort? Businesses that rely on this service seem just as poorly managed and inconsistent. Next time my package is sent somewhere other than specified, I will not retrieve it, and that business will lose my patronage.
This service is incredibly frustrating to deal with. The communication and update tools are ineffective and often inaccurate. You can't depend on delivery dates or the lengthy windows they provide, as they frequently fail to arrive on time. When they do show up, they carelessly throw your fragile packages onto the porch from a distance. I will have to avoid retailers that use this service, as I can't trust my packages will arrive in one piece.
If I could rate lower, I definitely would. The customer support is utterly lacking. They disregard emails and make it incredibly difficult to find a help number, which is poorly staffed and fails to resolve any issues. This service is unacceptable.
