Extremely dissatisfied with the service...

I am giving a 1-star rating since there is no option for zero or negative stars. I ordered from a platform, and while the tracking indicated it was delivered, I have not received it. It has been 3 days of delay. I reached out to the support team, and they advised me to wait another 5 days before contacting them again.

This service is completely unacceptable.

I don't understand why I had to select a star rating because this service doesn't even deserve one. It's the worst experience I've had in my 56 years. I've provided delivery instructions for the past six days, and they still haven't been followed. If I had to sum up my feelings about this service in one word, it would be 'terrible'.

Unreliable service experience.

The service has proven to be unreliable. I provide my delivery address for convenience, yet I find myself searching all over town to locate where my package has been left this time. Is the company unable to handle basic deliveries, or is it simply a lack of effort? Businesses that rely on this service seem just as poorly managed and inconsistent. Next time my package is sent somewhere other than specified, I will not retrieve it, and that business will lose my patronage.

Extremely disappointing delivery service

This service is incredibly frustrating to deal with. The communication and update tools are ineffective and often inaccurate. You can't depend on delivery dates or the lengthy windows they provide, as they frequently fail to arrive on time. When they do show up, they carelessly throw your fragile packages onto the porch from a distance. I will have to avoid retailers that use this service, as I can't trust my packages will arrive in one piece.

If I could rate lower, I definitely would. The customer support is utterly lacking. They disregard emails and make it incredibly difficult to find a help number, which is poorly staffed and fails to resolve any issues. This service is unacceptable.

The most disappointing delivery service I've encountered.

This delivery service has been the most disappointing I've ever dealt with. The customer support is a poor excuse for service. I spoke with three different representatives on the same day and received three conflicting responses. However, they all agree on one thing: you either won't receive your package, or it may be sent to an unknown person in another location, even with your address clearly labeled on the package!

Received an incorrect item again

I received the wrong item. It's clear that my label was switched with someone else's. I have no confidence in this service. The problem seems to extend beyond just delivery theft; there are significant issues within the service itself.

Received the wrong item

I received the wrong item. It's clear that my label was removed and placed on someone else's package. I have no trust in this service. There appear to be issues not just after delivery, but also within the service itself.

The absolute worst delivery service!

This is the absolute worst delivery service I have ever encountered. The customer support is practically a joke. I spoke to three different representatives on the same day and received three conflicting answers, but they all agree on one thing: you either won't receive your package, or it will end up with someone else in a different town, even with the address clearly labeled!
