This is the WORST delivery company…

This is the WORST delivery company I’ve ever dealt with. Scheduled the residential pickup for my return INTLCMR122684060 and I was waiting the whole day for them to come, at 3:15 pm they sent me a text message that driver Akash will come in 1 hour, then 1,5 hours later I got an email saying:”nobody was home”!! What a pathetic lie. I am in wheelchair and I don’t go outside. So there is no way I was not home. It’s a lie. Complete lie. I hate these cheap people and their lies. Email asked me to reschedule. I did. Now it will be hopefully picked up on Saturday, which means I have to waste again the whole day waiting for their cheap irresponsible driver. Horrible service. They should not be in business!!

I wish there was a Zero star option

I wish there was a Zero star option. As with every other experience I've had with Dragonfly, they haven't delivered. Day after day they send things like "The business was closed" (there's 30 of us sitting in the office at the moment). At this point, and after multiple deliveries never arriving, I have to assume they're a scam and just steal people's goods; promising to deliver, but never being able to do so inextricably. Worst service ever. Constant lies when you contact them. You can only call offshore assistants in the Philippines - had some chooks in the background of this call. Not office-based at all, just random people in random places offering the same scripted replies to every enquiry. Hopeless. If you see that your item is being sent with Dragonfly, just cancel the order immediately and try another vendor. You'll experience much less hassle, and also have an opportunity to actually receive your goods!

Worst shipping for reliability

Worst shipping for reliability. They schedule pickups and never show up! The worst part is that they send an email saying they will arrive in one hour and still don’t show up! They don’t even reschedule the pickup! Horrible service. There were 4 no-shows just to pick up one package. I do not recommend.

I was so excited about this new service, until...

I was so excited to think that Amazon would pick up my return, until.....Amazon is to blame for everything here-their selection of service- saving money? well-they will be losing clients- I will never ask my items to be picked up again-I waited all day-missed a meeting-i called dragonfly customer service, they asked me to call back, and when i did there was a 40 minutes wait! so i hung up hoping the pick up would be today-The fella who picked up my items was very apologetic, polite and a hard worker-made sure he got to me before 9:00 PM -IT WAS 8:55. To the clients...like me- do not get angry at the pick-up people-send your complaints to amazon-

Will leave the package in a unsafe location

Had a package delivered today, it was left outside my apartment entrance ( I hit the package as I opened the door). I was lucky to be home and saw the delivery notice as my area is a high traffic spot and this could have been stolen or damaged. It was clothing and not fragile but who leaves a package like this and thinks it is acceptable and safe. They email you for delivery instructions with all bad options not all buildings have front reception or buzzers if they had an option to call when they arrive this could have been avoided. Also hiring people with basic common sense would also have avoided this. My package was delivered by Lakshharnoor this person should not being doing this job.

Terrible service

Terrible service. Constantly having packages lost and/or misdelivered. Drivers need to start paying attention to where they are delivering things, this is getting out of hand. I do not know why any company would use this courier. If I could give zero stars, I would.

Driver never showed up for return pick-up

I booked a pick-up time for returning something I had ordered two weeks in advance. This morning the tracking website said that the driver Sandeep would come between 12:10pm - 4:10pm. However, at 4:30pm I got an update (not even through email, literally through reloading the website) that the driver was delayed but the pick-up would happen by 9pm. Much later, they decided to just cancel the pick-up and asked me to reschedule it on a form, yet I'm flying on vacation and cannot return my item for the next two weeks, which is why I booked two weeks in advance. Tomorrow isn't even available and there isn't even an apology message about Dragonfly failing to pick up the item. They also don't have an agent chat service.

Couldn't tell you what there service is like , as I've never had a successful delivery let alone seen a dragonfly Courrier in person. Ordered multiple items several times over , they brought it to the wrong province several times , or just made little to no effort to deliver it or contact me before returning it. Unfortunatly it's the only Courrier Amazon uses for my area so I guess I'm done with Amazon too.

Dragonfly shipping is a joke

Dragonfly shipping is a joke. My shipment from Surrey to Edmonton was placed on the 8th of October. Today a week later i get a notification that it was delivered. No picture no nothing, i was in my front room and no one delivered anything. i called dragonfly with my concerns and they told me they dropped it off when i asked them where they refused to give me an answer saying it was confidential but it was not to the address i confirmed which was my address. They refused to resolve the issue leaving me out of some very important and needed medication. if i could rate them a minus 5 i would.Minus 5 for the serviceMinus 5 for their customer support.Very disapointed with the whole dealings with dragonfly shipping also known as intelcom
