If I could give them a no-star, that would be my rating. My mistake was a transposed house number so it was the incorrect address. My bad, yes! What they did after that is incompetent!I immediately called Aug 30 and changed the address. They said it would take 12-48 hours to fix. Then, nothing. No notification of address change, no tracking info. Then I called on September 2 and they tell me I have to change the address again, but that it would be delivered Sept 3. But no, so I called Amazon where I originally purchased from. They contact the place,(at least that’s what they said) and I am to call the delivery company again. I do, only to be told I have to change the address AGAIN! This time informing me that it will be another 12-48 for it to be scheduled. Currently, it’s been 96 hours+ that my package has been in limbo with no delivery in sight. The support rep spoke over me, did not want to listen, could not provide any escalation path, and interrupted my ask to be heard. By the end of the call I was more than angry. I have no idea if the package will ever get to its destination, and at this point I’ve lost hope! This company should not be in business.
I'm writing here because I can't believe what your drivers (Dragonfly.ca)are doing. The first one didn't show up at all on Friday, the second one showed up today, but he doesn't seem to know how to use the intercom (which was provided) or the phone. It's strange that other delivery drivers had no problem using the intercom and showing up today. You're unprofessional, and I'm planning to send a letter to Amazon about you. I wasted two days because of you. What do you think, that I have nothing else to do but wait for your driver?
The driver on the first attempt of "delivering" my package was going to leave my driveway but I saw them as asked what is happening. They said it was not in their car. I called the DragonFly to ask: did a package arrive and investigate the driver. NO RESPONSE.The driver on the second attempt said it was delivered but left nothing. They took a picture of my home across the street with no verification of the package in the photo. I called the company within minutes of the supposed delivery and they refused to call the driver to question them, refused to check the warehouse and said to call the vendor. I followed up 3 times and was told too bad that my package was stolen, you figure it out it is not their responsibility.
