Review Time
If I could put zero stars I would. Package was supposed to arrive yesterday and did not. It was again supposed to be arriving today. My sister had her Amazon order come today, but somehow there’s an issue with the address for my package? No, the driver likely didn’t even make an attempt on the second smaller package. Now waiting to try to get in contact with their support line is ridiculous. This company is an absolute joke of a shipping company. Amazon should have never switched to them. I’ll likely start cancelling orders if I see they’re being shipped by dragonfly. Absolute pathetic joke.
Again.....they are just not reliable. Their site says to add delivery instructions then pay absolutely no attention to them. This has happened at least for 3 separate orders. When you call it takes over an hour for someone to answer. I waited 1.50 hours this time. The star system should include "0" and that would still not be low enough. I see positive reviews and wonder if these are real reviews. If they are that's great but I have been I. Contact at least 4 or 5 times and it is unacceptable for a company to be that uncaring to customers. If I owned this business I would be appalled to have my name on it. I would hope the company checks their ratings and then check their delivery drivers because they are a huge part if your name and are making you look terrible
Trying to do an Amazon return. They scheduled a next day pick up and then did not come. Thought maybe I should give them a few more days. Became obvious nothing was happening so I finally figured out how to do a reschedule on Amazon with Dragonfly. They texted me at 7 in the morning saying they were coming. Then about noon said they would be here in less than an hour. Then they did not come. Got on their website and did a tracking and it said sorry we did not make it. I decided to call, had to wait an hour the first few minutes was telling me not to be rude (must be an issue??). Anyways, they finally answered. I explained what had been happening and asked what was going on. Then the lady hung up on me???I cannot believe this is their level of service. Amazon is great at deliveries but these return guys suck!I have scheduled another attempt for pick up this week but I am almost out of time to do this return and suspect it will not happen. I am very unimpressed.
The most careless delivery service around. Usually they drop (or possibly throw) my package over my fence, no attempt to take it to the door, but if they do bring it to my door they very rarely knock or ring the doorbell. I even have a note saying ‘please ring doorbell and knock’ on my door…
Less than one star. No way to easily contact Delivery address is a business, came after hoursSecond time said came after hours but we waited and no one tried to deliver. Two days late on a much needed item. Beyond frustrating-no idea why Amazon would outsource to a company like this
Parcel arrived within the stated timeframe at least. I was at the door when the driver arrived and he probably didnt see me but he made no attempt to knock and simply dropped the package on the concrete right in front of a doormat. I remarked just as well its not breakable and he replied no..its not breakable but did he know that as there was no description on the package. Fortunately it was a plastic bottle of pills, but why couldnt he have placed in gently on the mat
