Review Time
This has been a really mixed experience with them. 70% of the time the delivery was announced well in advance and done as expected. Right to the door. But one time they left the package on the steps going up from the garage in full view of the street. But today was the worst. I was at home and got an email saying delivery had been made. I went to the door and the delivery box was damaged lying on the sidewalk in front of the door. The products inside were damaged. I checked my RING device and saw the video where the driver actually just tossed the box about 5 feet from the doorway. How does someone do that?
Generally I've had no problem with Dragonfly. Today however, mere minutes after saying my package would arrive shortly, I received a message saying "Your package was turned down at the door." and that I would be refunded. Well, no one came to my door, and I certainly didn't refuse anything. After making some calls, Intelcom stated that the package was actually damaged and they chose not to deliver it. A professional company should communicate clearly and accurately. That didn't happen in this case.
We live rurally, in the Southern Shore of Newfoundland's Avalon Peninsula. The drivers of this delivery service cannot seem to find any address, even if you dangle it in front of them. They often miss the delivery address, or at least twice in a row. And their customer email messaging, proclaiming their constant excitement, makes it look like they are excited over their constant failings as a delivery company.
