The literal worst shipping service on this planet since taking over Intelcom. Customer service is non-existent. I've tried multiple times to return various Amazon items and not once has a driver shown up on the scheduled pickup day. I recall one time waiting more than 2 weeks before cancelling the return in frustration.
Got an email today at 4:01pm saying my delivery would be here within an hour. Then I saw the van pull up and the driver never got out and seconds later received an email saying they attempted to deliver. Called customer service and they said they will deliver the item tomorrow. Will see if that actually happens.
Dragonfly is so poor that it makes e commerce almost impossible as it takes so much time and effort to track and recover items.Dragonfly consistently lies about the status of your order making it impossible to understand where your item is or maybe delivered. Items often take 10 to 20 days to get delivered by Dragonfly when they are not lost. It takes so much time dealing with Dragonfly that having more than one or two orders per month becomes far too much work to track and recover your items. I have had to reduce my online buying to a very low level since Dragonfly become used by many companies. Very frustrating.E commerce just does not work with Dragonfly delivery
Just got an email that Dragonfly needs to postpone picking up my Amazon return for the FOURTH TIME THIS WEEK, though I've been sitting here all day, waiting... Deliveries are no better, as they make multiple 'attempts' over several days to arrive. The reasons are always BS: "Unable to access property", "no one was home", "business was closed", "mistake in the delivery address..." Thank goodness we know all our neighbors because we're constantly getting each others' packages. We even had a driver leave a package in the middle of our rural driveway!
I live in a semi-rural area; 40,000 inhabitants and in a development of 42 houses. Amazon uses Dragonfly for deliveries. I would estimate that over 10% of my deliveries are delayed or even lost because the Dragonfly driver can't find the address. I have had exeriences where there are multiple Amazon packages to be delivered on a promised date and one is delivered and the second is noted as "driver unable to find address". Dragonfly has the worst website I have ever seen. It doesn't display properly (requires horizontal scrolling to see if there is a text entry box), and customer service is nonexistent.
If I could give 0 stars I would. Ever since the company that delivers my parcels switched to dragonfly I have not had one parcel on time. I’ve had parcels never show up or I’ve had parcels delivered to a house across town not even close to my location. It’s unacceptable before the change my parcels would arrive on time sometimes even early. Why fix something that wasn’t broken. With the holidays coming I can assume none of my holiday shopping will arrive in time.
I wish I could give no stars. I will literally never use dragonfly to return a package! Twice now I've had to reschedule because the driver did not pick up. The first time there was no contact whatsoever - they left a tag at the door but didn't knock. The second time I received a phone call at 8:47 from a person's name I didn't recognize so I didn't answer it. I got a text message afterwards saying that my pickup was canceled and needed to be rescheduled. I had checked my security cameras and they didn't even come to my house. Had they come to my house and knocked on the door or rung the doorbell I would have been able to give them the packages I needed to return. I ended up canceling my Amazon returns and doing it again through Purolator, which I had to go and drop off instead.
Absolutely Terrible Experience with DragonflyIf I could give zero stars, I would. I had to return an item through Amazon, and unfortunately, the only pickup option was this awful company, Dragonfly.I scheduled a pickup and got an email saying they’d come before 9 PM. I stayed home all day, even got a text saying they’d be there within an hour — but three hours later, I received a message saying “please reschedule, nobody was home.” Excuse me?! I was literally home all day.Fine, I rescheduled. The next pickup was supposed to be Sunday — same thing. “We’ll pick up before 9 PM,” then “we’ll be there in an hour,” then hours later: “please reschedule, the business was closed.” What business? I called customer service, and the representative couldn’t care less. He put me on hold, came back saying he “filed a complaint about the driver” and “scheduled another driver for tomorrow.” I asked if they could pick up after 4 PM since I’d be at work. He said “yes,” and hung up on me.Next morning at 7:35 AM, I get a text: “I’m on my way to pick up the item.” Seriously? Then at noon, I get another email saying “please reschedule, we missed you.” I had to call the driver myself — he apologized and said he’d be there “in a minute.” Finally, after all that nonsense, they picked up the package. This company is an absolute nightmare — unprofessional, unreliable, and completely disorganized. Dragonfly should not be in business.
