Received the wrong item

I received the wrong item. It's clear that my label was removed and placed on someone else's package. I have no trust in this service. There appear to be issues not just after delivery, but also within the service itself.

I’d give negative stars if possible

I’d give negative stars if I could. This is by far the most dishonest and unhelpful service I’ve ever dealt with. It doesn’t matter that they changed their name; their service has only deteriorated.

Consistently delivers to the wrong address

Every time I receive a package, it is delivered to the wrong address! I have made countless complaints, yet they continue to make the same mistake. I once called, and they sent the driver to retrieve it from the wrong house, and he brought it to me. I now always include notes to double-check the address, but they still seem confused. I've realized they're delivering to a street two blocks away. In a city with numbered streets, it’s baffling that they can't get it right every time.

Consistent delays and wrong deliveries

Packages are repeatedly delayed and often shipped to the wrong address, despite the street number being prominently displayed. The customer service number is ineffective.

Packages not delivered to unit doors

Packages are not delivered to the unit doors in our building. They leave them in the lobby, where they get stolen. They don’t provide photos showing the package's location. They ignore delivery instructions on their website or others. They disregard the address label that states in all caps to deliver to the unit door and not leave it in the lobby. They do not respond to emails about this issue. This service is the worst—unresponsive and completely dismissive of instructions.

It's actually a zero!

It's actually a zero! My parcel left the retailer the same day I ordered it and reached the hub on November 22. My guaranteed delivery was for November 23. I don't understand why the retailer uses this service, as they seem to operate independently and are clearly not accountable. My address is always wrong, even after confirming it with a long wait on the phone. I informed the retailer that this service is the worst. It was out for delivery yesterday, and of course, my address was wrong yet again.

If I could rate zero, I would

If I could rate zero, I certainly would. My partner ordered something at the beginning of November, with a delivery date promised for the 24th or 25th. There have been no updates since the 19th. We called multiple times, and after an hour of waiting, we spoke with someone who couldn't comprehend our issue and then hung up. Many of the options on the call don't even work. Avoid this service at all costs; many others have had similar terrible experiences.

Dragonfly is horrible

Dragonfly is, without exaggeration, the most unreliable delivery service I’ve ever had to deal with. My package was shipped on October 24, and it is now November 26 — OVER A MONTH — and I still don’t have it. The tracking says “delivery attempted,” which is a complete lie. Nobody came to my house. I live in town, my deck is right there, and every other delivery company manages to deliver without any problem. Dragonfly is the ONLY carrier that constantly screws this up.I’ve called customer service over and over, and all I get is useless answers, no accountability, and absolutely no real help. This company keeps repeating the same pathetic excuses, and I’m tired of it. This is not a one-time issue — it happens EVERY time they’re assigned to deliver my packages.If a package leaves Prince George, it should show up the same day or the next. Not weeks later. Not “maybe.” Not “attempted.” This level of incompetence is ridiculous.Amazon needs to STOP using Dragonfly altogether because customers should not be dealing with fake delivery attempts, endless delays, and zero communication. I’m done with this nonsense. Do better

Horrible service!

The driver lied and said they made 2 attempts to deliver which they did not. When I called the help desk they said they would report the driver and escalate the situation. 48 hours later, my package has not been delivered and there is not even an update on the status. Again, the help desk was completely useless in resolving the situation

Do NOT use this courier company!

Do NOT use this courier company if you care about your package. Unfortunately Amazon has chosen to use Dragonfly and the results are abysmal. Yesterday they delivered my package (rural Red Deer) to a corporate building in Edmonton. It took over an hour to call Customer Service and though they were cordial, there is nothing they can do. Our house is on GPS and NO ONE ELSE has problems finding it. In fact, Amazon drivers have been great but Dragonfly drivers do not understand basic geography - like cities and rural areas.The first time Amazon used Dragonfly/Intelcom to deliver some books for me they delivered them to Montreal, Quebec even though the address was in Alberta. If I could give them a 0 rating, I would.
