Absolutely Terrible Experience with DragonflyIf I could give zero stars, I would. I had to return an item through Amazon, and unfortunately, the only pickup option was this awful company, Dragonfly.I scheduled a pickup and got an email saying they’d come before 9 PM. I stayed home all day, even got a text saying they’d be there within an hour — but three hours later, I received a message saying “please reschedule, nobody was home.” Excuse me?! I was literally home all day.Fine, I rescheduled. The next pickup was supposed to be Sunday — same thing. “We’ll pick up before 9 PM,” then “we’ll be there in an hour,” then hours later: “please reschedule, the business was closed.” What business? I called customer service, and the representative couldn’t care less. He put me on hold, came back saying he “filed a complaint about the driver” and “scheduled another driver for tomorrow.” I asked if they could pick up after 4 PM since I’d be at work. He said “yes,” and hung up on me.Next morning at 7:35 AM, I get a text: “I’m on my way to pick up the item.” Seriously? Then at noon, I get another email saying “please reschedule, we missed you.” I had to call the driver myself — he apologized and said he’d be there “in a minute.” Finally, after all that nonsense, they picked up the package.This company is an absolute nightmare — unprofessional, unreliable, and completely disorganized. Dragonfly should not be in business.
I made a mistake with my address. However, I was fortunate to call and get help from Jane. She was wonderful!! She fixed my mistake an a very very courteous and professional manner. What a delightful person. I highly recommend Dragonfly and especially Jane. Thanks for w great service
Horrible service for amazon pick up returns.I wasted an entire day waiting for them to pick up my item only to have them cancel it at 7:30PMIf you are unable to do a pickup you need to let the customer know much sooner and not waste their time. Extremely frustrating.
I just had a really bad experience with a package. For a second day the package is set out for delivery but nowhere to be found. I even has the email that said the delivery driver and will be there in less than a hour. Tracking website is a garbage. I will never use it if I can.
Dragonfly is so poor at delivery I have had to stop using Amazon for purchases. Dragonfly constantly lies about making FAKE deliveries that never happened and take weeks to actually deliver a item if it comes at all. Item damage is common as well.With each Fake delivery Dragonfly files a false report that there was a problem with the customers location and so not Dragonfly's fault. These fake reports fools Amazon's system and allows Dragonfly to take weeks of Fake delivery attempts to actually deliver your package if it come at all. Hopeless business model.
The courier delivered someone else’s package to my door — the delivery photo even shows a completely different name and address. When I contacted them, they admitted they couldn’t locate my parcel and told me to “do whatever I want” with the other person’s package, including throwing it away! No effort was made to retrieve or redeliver it properly. Totally unprofessional and irresponsible. I ended up delivering the misplaced package myself, but mine was never found. Absolutely unacceptable service.
I been waiting for my return parcel for Amazon the whole day started since they sent me an email at 745 am and keept changing it from the pick up will be at 1045 to 1145 and at the end they updated it will be picked up before 9pm All of thay and they still required you to have an adult to hand the item even when they deliver it the driver dont even bother to ring my bell which I saw in the camera he absolutely didn't. They want you to dedicate your whole day waiting for their driver The call center says under 20 minutes waiting time and it take forever All what I said I have proof of it of course
Amazon (BC) should stop using Intelcom aka Dragonfly. They are terrible. Lately they've just been leaving parcels in the lobby without notifyi9ng the customer. They don't know how to use the intercom I guess...they could try phoning. It will take more than a name change to make this company successful. Anyone know How I can specify "No Dragonfly" on my Amazon Orders?
