USELESS AND PATHETIC

USELESS AND PATHETIC Nearly 8 weeks with no delivery and now trying to say I'm not owed a refund because I entered my address wrong. Absolute scam to avoid refunding with no delivery.

Won't be using this site again I ordered alot of things from here in one go and was emailed 1 month after order saying there were items missing. Was told I'd get refund but still waiting for some of the refund. Plus the items they said were missing in my size are still for sale on the website. The quality of the items are poor won't last long. My experience as a whole hasn't been a good one would give these 0 stars if I could

Lies about delivery

Ordered a Christmas dress on the 1st of December as it stated no more than 12 days for delivery but as you can see from the rest of the reviews it's a LIE! Still not arrived! Asked for a refund they said I have to wait until it arrives and send it back! Godknows when that will be looks like I will have to draw bunnies on it and wear it or Easter. Do not buy from this company

Terrible service

Terrible service! Ordered 4 dresses on 09.11.2021. Knew they were coming from abroad but offered a delivery date. Needed 2 dresses for Christmas events of which one has passed and one is tomorrow. No sign of my delivery. Raised a ticket with them direct to be told to wait for delivery between 01.12.2021 and 15.12.2021 only after many conversations telling me to wait longer etc. Then all tracking had stopped on my item. They acknowledged this when asked about it but told me to wait further and kept quoting shipping details. No empathy and constant referring back. Have asked numerous times to refund my order as it’s not arrived as advised and not as per their extension of delivery times. Now they have told me they’ve referred it to the logistics provider and I have to wait 5-7 days for a response which takes me past my second Christmas event one of the dresses was for. All I want is a refund. Very simple! I don’t have the items and definitely don’t want them now. I will not use dress lily again and will be recommending others don't. Terrible service and customer service!

I placed an order on September 17th...

I placed an order on September 17th.... I still haven't gotten it. It was shipped mid October..... in less than 10 days I will have been waiting on this order for 3 months.

Ordered 5 dresses

Ordered 5 dresses, they took a month and a half to turn up... 4 out of 5 of the dresses are a terrible quality and incorrectly sized... the 5th dress is OK but not worth the monet we paid for it. Will not be ordering again

Order cancelled without notice

Order cancelled without notice. I placed an order at the start of Nov for several items, partly motivated by a warning that they only had a few of my chosen item left at the time I was browsing.I received my order confirmation and confirmation of payment emails and sat back, thinking my order would be on its way. Yesterday, without notice, the order was refunded to my payment method. There was no attempt to contact me to raise a problem, no email to let me know the order had been cancelled. If I hadn't been checking my statement I wouldn't have known until the goods never materialised.Everybody at DressLily seems to disclaim ability to resolve or even explain this; all claiming they don't have access to that information.Don't shop here. You're just giving them interest free loans,

It's now 34 days since I ordered my dress, once I had placed my order it was stated that it would arrive in 12-15 days. The event I needed if for has now passed.I would not have ordered if they had been truthful about the delivery time.Whether it ever arrives or not I will be asking for a full refund. Will not purchase from dresslily again

Thet sent a pair of knee boots folded…

Thet sent a pair of knee boots folded in half and creases dont come out..these boots are meant to be white but are cream they have dirty Mark's and a scratch on them...I have sent several emails and no reply over the last week....terrible comoany...no phone number and no way to send them back...I'll never buy from them again which is a big loss for them.as I have 6 daughters and 5 grand daughters that all shop on line... also a clothing business and many fashion platforms...so watch me tell the country how bad this conoany is

I’m in a bridesmaid party

I’m in a bridesmaid party, unfortunately the bride choose a dress from this site, I ordered the dress back in August, the dress hasn’t arrive yet we are in October and I can’t even track it, there are not updates or way to know where the heck is it. I emailed this company you have not idea how many times and their answer is we create a ticket for you email. Horrible customer service, the wedding is in a week and I don’t have the dress after 5 weeks waiting for it. I want my money back. I don’t recommend it to anyone.
