Review Time
Currently dealing with the return department. I decided to try swimsuits from this company and when I received them they didn't fit correctly. I ordered the correct size it just fits weird and I have a big chest so I was spilling out but I shouldn't have to explain that to them. I was told I could keep them and they would refund 20% or I could send it back for a refund added to the wallet on Dresslily. I want my $75 back I don't want a credit. this is the response I received about their return policy. Our warranty does not apply to the following product categories: swimwear, lingerie, earrings, and clearance items, any discounted items and Virus Prevention items. All of their items on the site are discounted... so they would all be ineligible to be returned for a refund. this is super frustrating and I will not be using them again. I may have purchased in the future stuff that I know will fit me but I am angry that they are holding my $75 hostage.
If there was an option to give dresslily a zero I would. Back in October I ordered a few tops and they sent it to the wrong address. It was returned to them I've been calling and calling finally they told me the products were returned and I said I wanted a full refund or to have them send it to my address. I got an email saying they will not refund or send my tops. I advised that this was so unprofessional and that it was wrong since they have my tops and I paid and got nothing. I will NEVER shop dresslily again. If they have any decency they will refund me or send my products. Order #LB2011081303167402
We bought 4 garments from dresslily end of jan they were delivered and they were so bad threads everywhere material so thin you could see through it material coming apart so so bad. We immediately contacted complied with support needing pics etc and they accepted we could return. This is where things got ridiculously bad as they demanded I pay to send back to a Spanish depot even though we bought and received the items from the uk. So after a month no resolution the depot refused to pay duty and I now find the items have been requested to be returned. Utterly useless do not expect even reasonable quality and forget their promise to refund if there is a problem.
03-04-21 UPDATE I originally gave them two stars due to their return policy, but I am upgrading to four stars because the customer support I received was actually very good. In the end, they are going to credit the full amount to my original payment source, after I pushed them a little. To be very fair, they responded quickly and always with the utmost courtesy and professionalism. I am satisfied with Dresslily overall and the quality of the dress I purchased was actually really good. I would order from them again but only if I am sure about the sizing. Take your measurements before ordering, don't assume your usual size will work!
Never buy from Dresslily.I learnt my lesson the hard way.I purchased 2 dresses over 2 weeks ago as I need them for this Tuesday, the delivery details said it'll arrive in 3-5 working days. Brilliant, I thought.Well, I contacted them today asking where the dresses were.Not only was I met with rudeness and them acting like they don't care. They spoke to me like I was an idiot and that I should've read it proper as it said 7-12 days. If that were the case, I wouldn't have purchased them as its too much of a close call, as I know delays can happen.After over 2 hours of trying to sort it out and find out what's going in, I stated I won't be ordering from them again as the service is absolutely terribly. As an apology they offered me 10% off my next order.
I ordered 5 items. No complaints except one item had a few problems with the seams. Also, I'm in the US and it was during the pandemic but be prepared for about a month wait for your order. I was scared because they used Yun Express which has sketchy reviews but the tracking was actually pretty good. Quality of clothes were good and the sizes were pretty accurate.
Im very disappointed and dissatisfied with dresslily s customer service. I would not recommend them to anyone. The way you have to return your merchandise for a bigger size is coatic. First of all you have to pay the postage to return the item. In order to return the item you have to download the RMA and print that off. Customer service sucks. Overall I had a real bad experience with them. Do not order from them you are sure to get the wrong size. Sincerely a dissatisfied and disappointed customer Carole baker
I ordered 3 dresses in November. They never arrived, and they were supposedly sent to an address that was "linked to my PayPal account" (it was not; it was actually the engineering building on the campus near my apartment). I tried to fix the address but it was too late. When I reached out to customer service, they sent me in a circle, where I had to then reach out to OnTrac who told me to reach out to ELogistics who told me to reach back out to DressLily. I was also told by customer service that the address mishap was my fault. No one could ever find my order, including people in the engineering building, the UPS stores, police stations, etc, and for this headache I feel I was grossly undercompensated. I was offered a 33% refund off my $60 order. I did not accept, and he gradually increased it until it was 60% "but again this is special treatment." I feel that I have been disrespected and that my case has not been treated honestly. I also have not received this refund yet, and I imagine they will consider this case closed once I accept it. I have decided to give up and accept their offer.If you order from them, buy 1 item first by itself to ensure that the order comes.
I found that my shopping experience was way out of this world.. the selections were enormous !the quality of the clothing were made well put together as far as craftsmanship. I will continue my shopping here as well as refer my experience with future customers of the great quality and selections that Dresslily puts forth.. Dressily is by far the best clothing store online.. thank you for letting me be a satisfied customer!!
