i would give them ZERO stars if possible. i ordered two swimsuits- fabric quality good- the cut was a pure desaster. i could NOT send them back because of HYGENIC reasons. they offered to pay 50% of the money on august 14th .... NEVER got anything.
I am only leaving one star simply because it won't let me leave less than one. I was supposed to receive my package over a month ago. The post office said that it was an "insufficient address" (fine, okay. I'll see if we can get that fixed). They sent it back to dresslily and when I told them that and asked what needs to be done, they told me they will look into it and respond within 14 days (I had waited 17 with no response). When I had messaged back, they just told me that they can't send me my package again because it was "destroyed" by customs. What? And they didn't even offer a refund for something being "destoyed" that I had not even requested. Never ordering from them again.
At the checkout, i selected standard delivery which said 7-12 business days. After I paid, the email confirmation said that it's actually 10-18 business days for delivery... I need these items before then so I wouldn't have ordered if I knew it could take this long! I have asked them several times now why I was lied to before I paid and they just keep on repeating their delivery info and not even acknowledging that they have done anything wrong, they just completely ignore my question every time they reply. I am still left with no explanation as to why they didn't tell the truth about the delivery times before I paid. This is my first ever order with them and they have shown me that they are very happy to blatantly lie to and disrespect their customers.
never EVER order from this website. The quality is garbage and as I wanted to return everything I had ordered due to bad quality, they gave me a hard time. Eventually they agreed, but don't cover all of the returnshipmentcosts, even though it's due to their false advertisement (size info is way off) that I had to return it. It has been over three months now and they "still haven't received my package" I am super mad because it is over 80EUR and I want and need my money back!!NEVER BUY HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
STAY CLEAR OF SITE!!! Ordered 2 dresses. Both fit me but both were faulty. Production was poor and hem was ripped. I was given the option of 50% refund and keep the dresses. I refused as I wasn't going to wear dresses which were faulty. They then offered full refund after returning dresses and 30% refund of shipping fee. The shipping cost me £21 as they want it tracked to Hong Kong!! So I was out of pocket £14 because THEY SENT ME FAULTY CLOTHES!!!! I have received the refund for dress but still waiting for the shipping fee refund. AVOID AT ALL COST GUYS!!!!!
Ok so we can all agree the stuff is not top quality stuff, I mean I guessed as much when I ordered, i ordered 3 dresses, one is very nice, one is lovely but has a strange fit around the neck (nothing that can’t be fixed easily) and an other was pretty rubbish BUT the after sales were BRILLIANT, very quick reply, full refund. Fabulous. So if you want cheap dresses with a 50/50 chance of being slightly disappointed go right ahead, if you want high quality maybe shop elsewhere.
Normally I don’t have a problem with Dresslily and all of the products I have received from them have been beautiful and exactly what I assumed they’d be for their price, so I’m mostly giving them the benefit of the doubt for this. I ordered three dresses I’d been debating over getting for the past year, totaled around $75. They never arrived at my apartment, it said delivered but no one in the community has seen them nor have my landlords, this part isn’t Dresslily’s fault by any means, totally a shipping problem. That being said, I contacted Dresslily to see if they could give me a refund on my dresses. They have yet to respond to me so I kind of doubt they’ll refund me. It’s only been a week or two so I’m hoping that they somehow turn up at my place or that I get my money back. TLDR; Order from them for sure! Their dresses and swimsuits are great. Just be prepared to potentially not get your order and not get too attached.
Dresslily is one of my favourite clothing websites. I've bought quite a few dresses off there website and they're all so beautiful. I also love how you guys sell edgy and gothic clothes too. I follow dress lily on Instagram and they advised this really cute pink velvet dress and I really wanted it so I went to the website and I was really sad because I couldn't find it so I thought id ask customer service for some help :). The got back to me very quickly and sent me the link to the dress and the person that helped me was so nice they literally made my day. I would highly recommend this website to anyone :)
They sent me 18 items of which 17 were garbage. Really low quality and weird sizes. Then I wanted a refund. They said that I should send them the packages and they would refund me the delivery cost afterwards.So I trusted them. Then they refunded me only a part of what they should have. They literally stole money from me for no reason!I absolutely advice against buying here!
