Never Ordering Again!

I ordered a dress and their locater inserted the wrong address. I didn't notice until a few seconds after the order went through. I changed it immediately and this was BEFORE the package shipped. Now that is my bad and my fault. But the order was sent to the wrong address. However, I contacted them and they wanted me to ask the person at the wrong address about the package. Something that I hesitantly did since we are in a pandemic. Luckily, my neighbor was nice and did tell me they never received it, despite USPS claiming to have delivered it. I contacted USPS and they sent an email saying the package was essentially lost. I kept dresslily up to date on these developments and each reply from them was curt and rude. I felt like I was basically treated like a criminal trying to steal from them. Or that is was some big drag to put up with me. That or they really don't care about their customers and just copy/paste replies to their tickets. The last message from them I read was especially rude. I just wanted what I paid for. Other COMPETENT online stores have policies and refunds for issues such as these. Judging by the other reviews, they clearly have no idea what to do when something goes wrong and it looks like it goes wrong a lot. I only ordered one other thing from them and I will never order from them again. There are other dress stores that will be less of a headache.

Difficult and Costly Return Process

If you order directly from "Dresslily.com" you need to be aware that any return shipping will be on you… We consulted their size chart but found the purchased items were too large. I did eventually get my money back from Dresslily, but the hassle of their return process and the cost of return shipping almost made it not worth returning the order. I have never dealt with a company that had a worst return process. I sent another order for tops in a smaller size for my daughter-in-law as she is happy with the quality of their products, and probably would order again. But just be aware Dresslily needs to work on the return process. Returns are not easy and costly.

Nice comfy tops, cheap material though, happy overall

I have seen Dresslily on Facebook a lot and their clothes look good, comfy, reasonably priced. So I decided why not. I saw a discount code on Facebook and ordered 4 items : 3 tops and a coat.From ordering, delivery took around 10 days which is very reasonable considering the goods come from abroad.The material isn't quite the same as the pictures. Thin, nylon type materials mixed with wool/cotton type material. They aren't bad quality at all, but did have a slightly cheaper feel to them rather than the great look they had online.Out of the 4 items, 3 fit really well. The coat however was too small. I ordered a size up as its a coat so I'd be wearing it over clothes - couldn't get my arm in the sleeve it was VERY small. I contacted Dresslily who were very quick to reply, offered me a couple of options for refund/return/online wallet topped up. It was all sorted in a couple of hours over email. Great response time.The 3 tops that do fit, I do love them. They are comfortable and I've had compliments from friends on how they look. Overall im very happy. And I will order again.

I originally gave only 1 star

I originally gave only 1 star, as I could not get dresslily to pay for return postage for items that didn't fit properly. It has been several months, and I recently was emailed by dresslily that they wanted to do better, and offered to refund the price of my purchase, and suggested that I donate the items. While I very much appreciate the refund, I hope that dresslily will reconsider their return policy so that people like myself would be willing to take a chance and order from them again.

Returns to SPAIN!! Bloody Awful

Poor quality, sizes come up small, returns for the UK is to SPAIN!!! Trying to return as to small and now have to pay to post to SPAIN!! no where on their website does it say you have to return to a different country! Then they want to refund me in store credit!! I dont want this stuff and I now have to pay out for postage to a different country! Its a bloody scam and shouldn't be allowed by trading standards!!

Be warned

Be warned. If you ask for a refund because you've changed your mind, you will not receive your money or a product easily! Paypal cant do anything about it. Contacting dresslily is a bit of a pain with all the automated messages. I suggest calling them. That is eventually what worked for me.

I was a bit scared reding the reviews here, but when the items arrived they were just fine.They did not take longer than they said they would - and this was also during covid lockdown Christmas, which is chaos with delivery services, and yet items arrived as planned.The quality looks great tbh - i ordered a pair of leggings a dress and some sweaters, I do not see anything that I would not find in a clothes shop. They are really soft and elastic and just as I was expecting them to be.They are as in the pictures and looked great on me as well. The sizes were correct as well.Not sure If I am to expect tolls bills - I know this happens sometimes when I order from China, I read here some people got a bill, that would be a shame if true, Dresslilly should really incorporate that into the price - they have cool clothes which is rare to find online, and a really easy to use website which makes it very easy to shop- i am sure people would not mind paying for it, and receiving an extra bill as an online customer makes the company just seem very sketchy. There is really no reason, you can have a great business if you make people trust the site.Truly wonderful products.I did not receive any problems in my order, so i am not rating customer service since I have no experience with it yet, but overall I am planning to shop from there again

Don’t order from here!

Quality is a joke, I returned items to CA, on 12/2, tracking # said it reached CA 12/9 and mysteriously wasn’t delivered...so I have been sending customer svc emails about it and I get the run around (what’s the tracking no#? There are delays, etc) plus paying shipping cost, this was a pointless purchase. Avoid like the 2020 plague!!!!!

The first men's shirt ordered was too small. This was a gag gift so we didn't mind that the quality was pretty awful- cheap, thin material, weird sizing. Because we needed it sooner, I went ahead and ordered a size larger. Didn't fit. The customer service agent told me I could return them both in one package, with two different return ticket #'s. I received a note regarding one of the shirts, indicating that they had received the return and applied store credit to my "wallet." I still, after many many communications back and forth, have not received credit for the second item. In this case, they're telling me that the package hasn't arrived. This can't be true since I was notified in the first ticket that the package HAS arrived. I am now just getting the runaround- it seems that they can't check with each other about this. So, I am out $23.99 plus the cost of shipping.
