My flight was delayed getting to…Glasgow

My flight was delayed getting to Glasgow airport , tried calling the 2 contact numbers at 10:40pm for 40 mins with no answer . I had my family with me , one was a 18 month old. Had to get a taxi to my hotel only to find out the next morning that my booking had been cancelled as a no show. How do you call to advise when your phone is on flight mode. No offers of a refund either.

TOTAL RIPOFF!!! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!

Rented at LGW, dropped at LHR. First, forced me to pay 78 pounds for insurance where my rental notice clearly said everything was paid. Second, now trying to rip me off for 700 pounds for damages that were already on the car when I picked it up, as confirmed by their own pictures!!! AVOID THESE THIEVES AT ALL COSTS!!!

NEVER Book Drivalia through EasyJet.

I hired a car with Drivalia through EasyJet. IMPORTANT: EasyJet website sets the pick up time as the flight departure time. (This is automatically set, you cant do anything). 1. Easyjet policy is to pick car up within 2 hours2. Drivalia policy to pick car up is 1 hour Travelling from Paris to Liverpool, leaving the plane, going through passport control takes more than 1 hour. #noshltsherlock! So I get to Drivalia offsite industrial unit 15 mins late (not bad coming from Paris). What do they say ? "Sorry Sir, but we had to let your car go! You will have to UPGRADE and pay the difference". Bearing in mind the place was dead, empty as the Drivalia owners soul, not a single person. They had other intermediate cars in the garage but they were all reserved for other people, what a surprise. Technically Drivalia only followed their T&C, but they are profiteering from a bug in the EasyJet website by forcing upgrades to people, which for me is a very cynical way to make money.Giles P..S The 5 stars on this site, is rigged. They've been paying for reviews.

Another painful experience.Say they are unable to take a £1500 payment from a debit card but can charge £50 per day for not having a credit card. No support provide from either the staff member or manager.
