Refund Commitment Ignored

Drivalia Edinburgh committed to issuing me a refund (ticket CS-3358278-01) in July. Despite this clear commitment, the refund has never been issued, and all my messages have been ignored. This is unacceptable and feels like a scam. I demand that Drivalia Edinburgh honor their commitment and process my refund.
