I had an inquiry about an order. Jess replied within minutes on the status. She was very helpful, offered expedited shipping and a good will gesture since my order had gotten stuck in the ordering system. I’ve had nothing but a great experience with Elemis.
Free gift- I had a query around a free gift which I didn't receive. I'd had a 10% discount applied later which had removed the free gift without me knowing. Jess in the customer care team was very courteous and helped me resolve my query quickly.
I ordered off the website today & qualified for a freebie, but the code wouldnt work. I sent in the order anyway & contacted customer services. Jess got back to me very quickly, sorted the problem immediately & added it to my order & also priority delivery. I always use the Elemis website & find their customer service excellent. Always recommend to my friends

Hello All, I was very sad to received my order damaged. Not sure if it was due to the packaging or the mail currier. I wrote a note with photos to Elemis Company. Within 12 hours I was sent a response from Jess a rep. She was incredibly kind and understanding. Jess was able to refill my order and I received it within a few days with no damage. I appreciate Jess taking care of my situation. Our world needs more of Jess's fantastic customer service skills. Thank you!
