I had placed my order then received a text regarding a promotional offer I would have been eligible for with my order. I contacted customer service to see if I could add the offer to my order. I received an email from Isabelle, who was very pleasant and helpful to work with. She was able to add the promotional offer to my order and I should receive it in a couple days. Excellent customer service.

I had tried to cancel a subscription previously when an order arrived, but apparently that didn't happen. When I saw that I had another order coming, I wasn't sure what to do, but connected with support and got Jess. She was amazing. She took care of everything and resolved my issue.

The Elemis website has a great deal for the PC night cream, but when I clicked on it, the inside page had a different price. I called Elemis and spoke to Shelley who helped investigate it for me. Apparently, it turned out to be an error on the page. Shelley followed-up and even sent me a nice gift for my troubles in helping to identify this error.
