I called customer service about an order I’ve received with a missing gift set. Shelley was so helpful, she looked into my orders and saw that it was not added onto the shipment. She sent a follow up email, stating they will send it out along with a tracing number for my second order. Her service was quick and thorough. Because of her excellent customer service, I will def shop at Elemis again!

Returns process efficient and easy.

In my haste to place an order I ordered the wrong product. When I contacted Elemis about this Anita picked up my enquiry. I was asked just one relevant question to progress the return. In response I was offered a complimentary return process using DPD. The return process using DPD was efficient and easy. I was updated at all stages. Once product received back by Elemis a refund was processed. All very efficient and easy. Anita couldn't have been more helpful.

My original order containing this year's advent calendar as a present for my wife went missing in transit, Isabelle from customer support stepped in and went above and beyond to check and investigate the loss and then issue a replacement order that was successfully delivered 24 hours laterAbsolutely outstanding customer service from an amazing rep (Isabelle) who has saved Christmas! :-)

Fantastic products but losing faith due to their promises for free products above a certain purchase value. Website promotions never make their promise. Third time I ordered through Belgian website but never received the free gift as indicated. Not that I find necessary but do not like how they ignore this….
