Amazing job from Anita!I mistakenly ordered the cleanser and not the moisturiser and she helped get the refund process started! I’ve only given a 4 star review however as during the process I was contacted by someone else from Elemis thinking I hadn’t answered Anita’s questions. Myself and Anita had already discussed all relevant details and was just waiting to post the product back! Anyway great job Anita!
I love Elemis products and was sad when my free gift didn’t arrive with my latest order. After emailing with Jess it turned out that I hadn’t put the promo code in (my error) but Jess came to the rescue and has issued my gift. She was polite, helpful and sorted my issue quickly!! Thanks Jess !!
I had placed an order for a couple things and forgot to put in a promo code to get the collagen cream and some travel size products. I emailed customer service and spoke with Jess. SHE IS AWESOME!! She researched my order, found I had spent enough to get the free products and sent them to me the same day. So impressed with this companies products and the way they take care of their customers! Shelley has made a world of difference with assisting me while I made an error on my shipping address as I have moved in the past two weeks.
