My wife and I have been using several Elemis products for about three months now. I had several questions about subscriptions and promotional emails so I called customer service.As in the past, I was able to contact a customer service representative very quickly. Janette was very friendly and caring from the first moment she said “hello and how can I help you”?It was obvious she really wanted to ensure she answered all my questions properly and thoroughly. She also said she was going to follow up with an email just to confirm everything she told me was accurate. Per her promise, she emailed me a few hours later with all the pertinent information and details.The great customer service at Elemis is one of the main reasons we will continue to use their products.I surely hope I can get Janette in the future… She’s a wonderful asset to your company… John Castiglia
Exceptional products. My skin is hyper sensitive, and this line of skincare is perfect for my skin. I love the smell of the spf cream, as well. The hand soap is luxurious. I had a small issue with a recent shipment, and their customer support team resolved immediately with no fuss.
I had a missing item from my order, I emailed and within 20 minutes I had the missing items on the way and a lovely email from Brooke to say she had it all sorted. Along with a confirmaiton to say the items were on the way. Love Elemis products, but this was so fast in repsonse to my note, and sorted so quickly. Brilliant service. Thanks Brooke.
My order confirmation was missing a free gift. It wasn't the end of the world but who doesn't love extra Elemis products. I raised this just before midnight, a response and resolution was provided by 9:44 am the following morning by a lovely representative called Jess. Very polite, efficient, no mess service. Top class customer service. Thanks Jess, you should get a payrise 💞
I have loved every product I have gotten thus far. I placed 2 orders in the same day at one point and received one of the packages in a timely manner and the other never showed up. I reached out to customer service and provided my order number and was put in contact with Jess. She was very helpful and resolved the issue immediately! Great products and great customer service!
