Phenomenal Service!

Anita was phenomenal! USPS misdelivered my package full of Elemis products worth quite a bit. None of my neighbors had it and USPS was of absolutely no assistance. In came Anita who did an internal and external investigation and quickly went forward with replacing everything that was lost. Many companies would not have done this, but Elemis was exceptional with their customer service! Will always buy directly from them moving forward!

Outstanding Service

It is nice to have great service these days! I had an issue with one of my products (malfunctioning spray nozzle) and reported it to Elemis, not only did I receive a reply within 15 min, I was able to get a replacement. Not only are the products outstanding but so is their customer service. A big thank you!

Fabulous products, delightful staff.

I have used ELEMIS products for over 20years , this time I had a problem with the free gift I selected and spoke to a delightful young lady called Jess , who immediately sorted it out for me . She was , helpful , friendly and very polite, she is a real credit to the brand.

I ordered a summer gift with Elemis as a gift for a friend - with this gift I received a free gift. I was soon promoted that my gift was dispatched with the wrong free gift. However they would send the right free gift as a good will gesture with the wrong free gift they had originally sent for me to keep. This would make anyone happy. Thank you so much Jess for the prompt emails & replies. Absolutely fantastic service. Thank you once again Jess!

There was an error on my recent order but handled brilliantly!

There was an error on my recent order - Jess emailed me right away to notify me of the error, sent out the correct item and allowed me to keep the incorrect item that had been shipped. Super efficient and quick response from Jess! All of this within the same day. I love Elemis products, particularly the pro-collagen range, and the deals are always great value for money. Plus their customer service is fantastic.

Awful customer service

I recently bought the pro collagen marine cream SPF 30 and it is pilling. I have tried all of the usual tricks to stop this but it is still pilling. It has made the product unwearable. This product is an extortionate price and definitely shouldn’t be pilling. I contacted Elemis customer service and they couldn’t care less that I’ve just spent £100 on a moisturiser that is unwearable. They just told me the ‘tricks’ to stop it that I’ve already tried and don’t work. I order a lot of Elemis products regularly and have never complained before so to receive this response is appalling. Don’t risk buying their expensive products because if they’re faulty they won’t do anything about it.
